Пояснения к предыдущему посту! На портрете слева - Николай Аполлонович Белелюбский — выдающийся русский инженер, учёный и педагог в области мостостроения и строительных материалов. Действительный член Императорской Академии художеств, заслуженный профессор, тайный советник. Под его руководством возведен Сызранский (Александровский) мост через Волгу (построен в 1880 году). На момент открытия это был самый длинный мост в Европе — 1485 м.

Рубрика «Удивительное рядом»👀Вы наверняка видели фонтан в Самаре на пересечении Красноармейской и Чапаевской со скульптурной композицией «Красное знамя» — те самые три головы в будёновке, фуражке и папахе. В народе его ещё называют «Змей‑Горыныч». Так вот, фонтан там изначально был не просто эстетическим объектом, а имел конкретное утилитарное назначение. Дело в том, что рядом в здании находился «Радиодом», в котором размещалось мощное ламповое оборудование связи. Аппаратура сильно нагревалась и требовала охлаждения. Система охлаждения была водяной. И фонтан использовался в качестве импровизированной градирни для охлаждения воды. Интересное решение. ⛲Кстати, на месте фонтана начальными проектными решениями предусматривалось строительство радиотеатра с овальным зрительным залом на 618 мест. Ещё из интересного.📚 В рассказе Солженицына «На изломах» главный герой проезжает мимо памятника «Борцам Революции». Автор описывает его так: «заострённо вскинутая скала, из корпуса которой веером выдвигались три головы — рабочего, солдата и крестьянина». Далее следует реплика: «Этот памятник, от какого‑то уличного острослова, во всём городе называли „Змей‑Горыныч“. (И правда, что‑то похожее.)» Совпадение? Не думаю!
Утро в городе - в сплошном тумане… А если присмотреться к деталям, можно наблюдать удивительные вещи..Посмотрите на росу на 🕸паутине: крошечные капли, а какая нагрузка на каждую нить! Природа – лучший строитель! 🕷Вот бы адаптировать такой материал для строительных конструкций! Немного науки: у паука Araneus diadematus каркасная нить выдерживает 1100–2700 МПа — это в 2–3 раза прочнее некоторых марок стали. При этом волокно может растянуться в 2–4 раза и потом вернуться к исходным размерам. Что бы можно было построить из «паучьего» материала? #наука #эффективныематериалы #технологии #природа #интересное
Друзья, с Днем знаний! 🧑🏫Этот праздник близок каждому из нас — в той или иной степени. Для нас это не просто очередной день в календаре. Вот уже более 20 лет сотрудники нашей организации являются преподавателями Строительного университета (нынче - Технический университет)! 🎓Знаю, в подписчиках также есть наши коллеги – бывшие и нынешние преподаватели и учителя! Надеюсь, все за лето набрались сил и готовы начать новый учебно-трудовой год! С праздником еще раз!🎉
Всем привет. Сейчас в работе обследование одного исторического здания в Самаре, возведенного в конце XIX века. Как и большинство сохранившихся до наших дней строений того времени, оно возведено из керамического кирпича. На тот момент в Самаре работало несколько кирпичных заводов. По архивным данным П.В. Алабина около 17-20 заводов. Владели заводами известные в то время в городе купцы и мещане. При обследовании обнаружены различные клейма на кирпичах. Некоторые из них достаточно известные. Например: - «З.Ш.», «А.Л. Шигаев» – заводы Шигаевых (у них был целый семейный подряд с несколькими заводами в разный период времени); - «И.П. Летягина» - завод Ивана Петровича Летягина (известный Самарский купец, в свое время член Самарской городской думы). Есть и другие клейма. Если кто знает чьи они, пишите в комментариях.
