Предприятие встало на рельсы в 2022г и захватывает рынок гофрированной трубы и гладкой трубы для электромонтажа). Несмотря на спартанские условия и жесточайший аскетизм, производство выпускает качественную продукцию 💪проходящую все сертификаты безопасности отвечающие стандартам безопасности,в том числе и ОКЛ(огнестойкие кабельные линии). Пластификат для пвх труб поступает к ним из г.Ишимбай компания Полипласт,пластификат для пнд труб идёт из г.Тобольск компания Сибур. Станки в основном производство Италия,но и не обходится без Китая) Предприятие практически работает безотходно,брак гофры перерабатывает в гладкую трубу для электромонтажа. Сегодня завод открыл двери для экскурсии в первый раз,так что можно вполне считать нас первопроходцами😁. Самоотверженость и преданность своему делу продемонстрировала директор предприятия,получившая вчера травму голеностопа, сегодня в гипсе и на костылях встречала нас🤘руководила экскурсией,организовывала вкусный,горячий обед на территории завода💪. Изумительная поездка, спасибо "ЭлектроТатарам" за возможность посетить полностью локализованное производство гофры🤘
Добавление розеток под кухонный гарнитур всегда финансовозатратный процесс,но как же приятно когда пользуешься розетками без удлинителей(это и надёжно,и эстетично). Эл.безопасность превыше всего💪

была заявочка от клиентов которые не в первый раз ко мне обращаются. жители деревни,но с северной закалкой. ранее смонтировали им щиток в летней кухне,расключил его по уму и смонтировал распаечные коробки с последующей распайкой кабельных линий. в вагонке выпиливал отверстия под подрозетники 💪. много других работ осталось за кадром,а именно монтаж питающего кабеля в гараж,вёл его по фасаду дома монтажным пистолетом фирмы Toua(заказчик хотел всё выманить его у меня на охоту😀),замена щнр и автоматических выключателей. отдельно хотелось бы отметить их гостеприимство,оно на самом высоком уровне! невероятные ощущения родственных связей (как будто тётке родной по хозяйству помогаю) настолько всё комфортно было.им спасибо за тёплый,радушный приём,а мне за качественный эл.монтаж👍🔌

Я побывал на заводе «Потенциал» в Козьмодемьянске — там, где рождаются решения, двигающие вперёд всю электротехническую отрасль. Это не просто экскурсия, а погружение в эпицентр инженерной мысли: вокруг — представители электротехнической сферы со всей России, и я среди них, впитываю каждый нюанс.
Да, многие производственные процессы остались за кадром — съёмка на территории запрещена, но даже то, что удалось увидеть, зарядило на новые свершения. Особую ценность встрече придавала «Мать Электриков» — официальный представитель «Систем Электрик», которая связывает завод и профессионалов всей страны.
Это был невероятный опыт: масштаб, технологии, люди — всё на высочайшем уровне. Теперь у меня ещё больше идей и энергии, чтобы расти, развиваться и вносить свой вклад в общее дело! 🔥🔌
