Соседи, добрый день!
С 1 октября нам проиндексировали тарифы на дополнительные услуги (коньерж, видеонаблюдение, ковры и домофон) еще на 5,6%. В масштабах нашего огромного дома на 448 квартир — это огромные деньги, которые уходят управляющей компании, но качество услуг от этого лучше не становится.
По закону мы имеем полное право отказаться от этих допуслуг или снизить на них тариф.

Может показаться как оправдание но я в данный момент не проживаю там , а то бы сам побегал по подъезду , потому что наше молчание ,бездействие это плюс нашему УК и доп услуги они могут до бесконечности кидать ,при этом оспорить в одиночку это невозможно:(
