90% сорванных печатей и "лапши" на столе происходят из-за проблем с самым первым слоем. Если пластик не лег правильно в самом начале — дальше продолжать бессмысленно.
Чек-лист для идеального прилипания:
Чистота подложки: Промывайте PEI-пластину теплой водой с обычным средством для мытья посуды. Изопропиловый спирт смывает жир, но со временем оставляет тонкую пленку.
Точный Z-Offset: Линия должна быть слегка прижата к столу, формируя плоскую полоску без зазоров между соседними линиями, но и без выдавливания "рубцов".
Температура стола: Для PLA — 55–60°C, для PETG — 70–80°C.
Скорость первого слоя: Не разгоняйте принтер в начале! 15–20 мм/с — золотой стандарт.
