В Уфе разрешили спроектировать новый квартал Администрация столицы Башкирии одобрила разработку проекта планировки и межевания территории в Ленинском районе города.
Об этом сообщает издание «Экономика и общество» со ссылкой на документ мэрии.
Новый квартал расположится в границах улицы Асхата Мирзагитова, линии лесов, реки Верхний Исток и проектируемой улицы. Общая площадь территории составляет примерно 34 гектара. Участок находится рядом с жилым комплексом «8 марта».
Согласно документу, проектировщик должен подготовить и просчитать возможность размещения многоэтажных жилых домов с подземным паркингом и встроенно-пристроенными помещениями, а также детского сада и школы. Кроме того, в проект необходимо включить объекты инженерной и транспортной инфраструктуры.
В Башкирии утвердили стоимость квадратного метра жилья Среднюю рыночную цену установил минстрой республики.
Согласно документу, средняя рыночная стоимость квадратного метра в регионе на конец года составит 117 628 рублей. В III квартале цена составляла 117 256 рублей. Таким образом, за квартал показатель вырос на 372 рубля.

Он предусматривает сокращение числа муниципальных служащих в администрациях районов и городских округов. Необходимость оптимизации обосновывается реализацией указа главы Башкирии от 26 октября. Постановление коснется всех 54 муниципальных районов и девяти городских округов республики. Предельная численность муниципальных служащих уменьшится с 5177 до 4656 человек. Оптимизация не затронет глав районных и городских администраций.
В Уфе количество служащих сократится с 1139 до 1025 человек. В штате сохранятся восемь заместителей главы администрации.

Экспертиза не нашла нарушений в проекте Центра бокса и тенниса в парке Якутова Эксперт из Оренбурга Лидия Купцова признала строительство безопасным для объекта культурного наследия регионального значения.

По мнению Купцовой, объект расположится вне границ памятника культуры. При возведении предусмотрены решения, исключающие загрязнение воздуха, подтопление территории парка и превышение допустимых уровней шума. Взрыво- и пожароопасные объекты использовать не планируется, стройматериалы будут складировать не ближе 20 метров от границ парка. Эксперт отметила, что здание высотой 30 метров имеет компактную композицию и не изменит общий масштаб парка, а также не перекроет мемориал «Вечный огонь».
Возведение центра анонсировал глава Башкирии Радий Хабиров весной 2024. Общая площадь спорткомплекса составит до 18 тысяч кв. м, максимальная высота — пять этажей. Стоимость строительства оценивалась в почти 3 миллиарда рублей.
