How the quality index is calculated
Регулятор сообщил, что ценовое давление остается повышенным, а устойчивый рост цен не снижается и находится в диапазоне 5–6% в годовом выражении.
В III квартале текущий рост цен ускорился до 8,0% в пересчете на год после 4,8% во II квартале. Базовая инфляция выросла до 6,2% после 4,5%. Годовая инфляция на 19 октября составила 6,8%.
По прогнозу ЦБ, инфляция по итогам 2026 года составит 7,1–7,6% и вернется к целевым 4% в 2027 году. Средняя ключевая ставка в следующем году ожидается в диапазоне 12,5–13,5%.
Прокуратуру Башкирии не устроил штраф в 2 млн рублей за взятку сотруднику Госжилнадзора
Ранее Нефтекамский городской суд назначил такое наказание бывшему коммерческому директору строительной фирмы за подкуп проверяющего.
По материалам дела, компания выиграла госконтракт на строительство котельной в Агидели. Чтобы получить положительное заключение на объект, руководитель передал инспектору 350 тысяч рублей через посредника.
Прокуратура не согласилась с назначенным наказанием и намерена обжаловать приговор.
В Башкирии подросток выстрелил однокласснику в лицо из пневматического пистолета
Инцидент произошёл 20 октября в Караидельском районе.
Трое школьников возвращались домой после секции, когда один из них достал пистолет, который взял в гараже отца.
Другой подросток взял оружие и выстрелил в лицо третьему школьнику. Пострадавшему оказали медицинскую помощь, сообщили в МВД Башкирии.
Полиция выяснила, что пистолет был пневматическим, а не травматическим, как сообщалось ранее. Сейчас правоохранители устанавливают все обстоятельства произошедшего и проводят профилактические беседы с подростками и их родителями. Случай взяла на особый контроль комиссия по делам несовершеннолетних.
На расширение и реконструкцию трассы М-7 в Башкирии направят 7 млрд рублей
Федеральные дорожники ищут подрядчика для обновления 20-километрового участка дороги в Дюртюлинском и Кушнаренковском районах.
Начальная стоимость контракта составляет 7,1 млрд рублей. В рамках проекта планируют обновить существующие полосы движения, построить новые, а также обустроить транспортные развязки и съезды.
Работы оплатят из федерального бюджета. Завершить реконструкцию планируют до конца сентября 2028 года. Подрядчика выберут 6 ноября.
Электросетевая компания в Башкирии должна выплатить государству почти 7 млрд рублей
Арбитражный суд республики удовлетворил иск прокуратуры к компании «АвтоматизацияСистемыТехнологии».
С неё взыскали 6,7 млрд рублей, а также 10 млн рублей госпошлины. Решение подлежит немедленному исполнению.
Дело связано с передачей компании муниципальных электросетей в Салавате, Стерлитамаке и Ишимбайском районе. Ранее суды признали эти сделки незаконными и обязали вернуть имущество городам и району.
По мнению прокуратуры, АСТ получила незаконную прибыль благодаря соглашениям с местными властями. Именно эти деньги ведомство потребовало взыскать в пользу государства. Напомним, по делу об одном из таких соглашений бывшего мэра Салавата Игоря Миронова приговорили к шести годам колонии.
В Башкирии за девять месяцев от отравления алкоголем погибли 147 человек
Это на 15 случаев больше, чем за аналогичный период прошлого года.
Такие данные приводит региональное управление Роспотребнадзора. Больше всего смертельных случаев зарегистрировали в Уфе — 39. В Стерлитамаке от отравления спиртным погибли семь человек, в Кумертау — шесть.
Кроме того, за девять месяцев в республике от отравления наркотиками умерли 82 человека, ещё 93 — от угарного газа.
В Башкирии за 20 млн рублей построят новую автошколу
Компания «ПРОФИ» получила в аренду земельный участок в Кумертау площадью почти 5 тысяч квадратных метров.
Землю предоставили без торгов в качестве господдержки, сообщили в правительстве региона. На территории планируют построить учебные классы и площадку для практического вождения. Объём инвестиций составит 20,4 млн рублей. Также проект предусматривает создание десяти рабочих мест.

В список вошли Энже Ахмадуллина, Дмитрий Глушко, Анна Идрисова, Марат Марданов, Рамиль Рахимов, Евгений Телепнев, Хамза Хафизов, Ильнур Юлдыбаев, Гульназ Юсупова и Азамат Муллашев.
Всего в Общественной палате будет 30 человек. Ещё десятерых выберут депутаты Курултая 27 октября. На эти места претендуют 17 кандидатов. Последнюю десятку определят уже утверждённые члены палаты.
🚘 Правительство одобрило увеличение штрафов за езду без прав до 50 тысяч рублей
Законопроект МВД предусматривает повышение наказания для водителей, не имеющих удостоверения, с нынешних 5–15 тысяч до 15–30 тысяч рублей. За повторное нарушение штраф составит 30–50 тысяч.
В ведомстве объясняют инициативу ростом числа таких нарушителей на 12,3%. Количество ДТП с их участием в 2025 году увеличилось на 10,3%.
Для автомобилистов, лишенных прав по решению суда, наказание останется прежним (штраф 30 тысяч рублей, арест до 15 суток или обязательные работы).
Ресторан доставки в Башкирии заплатит за недоставленную пиццу более 8 тысяч рублей
Клиентка на сайте «Меццо пицца» оформила заказ на 1919 рублей, но еду так и не привезли.
Компания отказалась возвращать деньги или переносить доставку, сообщили в региональном Роспотребнадзоре.
Ведомство подготовило иск в суд, который обязал компанию "Каскад" выплатить более 8,5 тыс. рублей. В эту сумму вошли стоимость заказа, неустойка, компенсация морального вреда, почтовые расходы и штраф за отказ добровольно вернуть деньги.
