100 млн рублей потратил «Читай-город» на снятие запрещенных книг с продажи и их утилизацию через шредер, рассказал глава сети «Читай-город — Буквоед» Александр Брычкин в интервью РБК
По его словам, книги нельзя просто выбросить: их нужно утилизировать за счет компании. Для этого их уничтожают в промышленном шредере под видеозапись.
«Мы не можем выкинуть эти книги на помойку. Это токсичные отходы. Соответственно, их надо утилизировать, и это тоже за наш счет. Кроме того, нам никто не компенсирует затраты на то, что мы это снимаем с полки, что отправляем обратно на склад, что все это едет каким-то транспортом, а потом на складе обрабатывается. Из всего этого складываются огромный объем работы и достаточно большие затраты», — сказал Брычкин.
Он также заявил, что книжным магазинам не всегда заранее сообщают о проверках, поэтому они не успевают подготовиться к новым требованиям. Отдельно сеть потратила десятки миллионов рублей на маркировку книг с упоминаниями наркотиков: уже промаркированы около 2 млн экземпляров.

🎤 Председатель совета Фонда развития цифровой экономики Герман Клименко в эфире Бизнес ФМ сказал, что посчитать зарубежный трафик и тарифицировать его – технически реализуемо. Единственная возможная сложность — отличить зарубежный трафик, который на самом деле российский (при подмене через VPN), от чисто зарубежного. Но возможно, у Минцифры и нет такой задачи.
При этом пока непонятна конечная цель, рассуждает Клименко: идет речь об ограничении VPN, или о перекладывании на потребителей платы за зарубежный трафик? Сами утечки эксперт воспринимает как «прощупывание» того, насколько пользователи готовы к смене принципов оплаты интернета.
