How the quality index is calculated
В ДНР более 100 единиц спецтехники готовы к уборке дорог зимой. Сейчас заготовлена уже > половины от запланированного объёма песко-солевой смеси — целят примерно 19 000 тонн.

Запланирован капитальный ремонт участка Р-280 «Новороссия», который проходит через ДНР и Запорожье: его расширят до четырёх полос.

1️⃣ Россия снова в игре! Мы ворвались в топ-10 мировых авторынков. Да-да, обогнали Британию, Францию и даже Италию. В августе продали 122 тысячи новых тачек — это как если бы каждый житель Сочи взял себе свежую Ладу или Чери.
2️⃣ Lada Aura ушла в закат. АвтоВАЗ решил свернуть выпуск «Ауры» — спрос оказался ниже плинтуса: за 8 месяцев 792 штуки. Ну, будем честны — никто не плачет.
3️⃣ Меняем старьё на новое. В Госдуме придумали план: сдаёшь старую машину — получаешь новую с господдержкой. Красиво звучит, но пока только разговоры. Будем ждать, что скажет Минфин.
4️⃣ Утильсбор снова мутят. Минпромторг предлагает: свыше 160 «лошадей» — всем один тариф, хоть ты физик, хоть юрик. Логика есть, но посмотрим, не станет ли дороже для простых водителей.

2️⃣ Ровеньки, ЛНР — идёт масштабная программа по восстановлению автодорог местного значения. Работы поддерживаются на уровне округа, восстанавливают выбоины, ремонтируют проезды.
↗️Юбилейное, ЛНР — за неделю уложено более 2,5 тысячи квадратных метров нового дорожного покрытия.
4️⃣Ремонт дорог за три года — с 2022 по сентябрь 2025 года в ЛНР восстановили более 2 600 км автодорог. Также восстановлено 34 моста и путепровода.

Александр Бондаренко заявил, что правительство направит дополнительную сумму — 10 млрд рублей на ремонт трассы «Новороссия».
В Ровеньках детали ремонта пока речь о дорогах местного значения — основные улицы, подъездные пути. В Юбилейном акцент на качество покрытия — в новостях подчеркнуто, что уложенное полотно — «новое», то есть капремонт, а не просто ямочный.
«Автовокзалы Донбасса» информируют: с 22 сентября организован новый рейс по маршруту Донецк (Южный АС) — Ростов-на-Дону (АВ Главный). Время отправления: Донецк — 12:30, Харцызск — 13:20, Амвросиевка — 14:20.

1️⃣ Российские автодилеры предупреждают: в сентябре продажи новых машин могут просесть аж до 20 % по сравнению с прошлым годом. Причины — слабый спрос, рост цен и ожидания скидок.
2️⃣ Пока в автосалонах тоскливо, в мире хай-тек продолжают новые разработки — электробусы, альтернативные топлива, автономное вождение, и всё больше внимания к устойчивости. (Пока конкретики меньше, чем надежды, но тенденция налицо.)

2️⃣ Китай наступает всё увереннее. Россия снова стала главным покупателем их легковушек. Больше половины рынка уже занято Поднебесной.
3️⃣ Народ рванул за японскими, корейскими и немецкими авто. Пока можно растаможить «по старым правилам» — стараются урвать последние варианты.
4️⃣ ОСАГО обновилось — в справочниках пересчитали цены на запчасти. Выплаты теперь могут быть ближе к реальности (но это не точно 😏).
5️⃣ До конца года обещают не меньше 15 новинок. В списке — в основном мощные кроссоверы: Jetour T1, Changan CS75 Plus и другие. Так что автосалонам будет чем заманивать.
