Суд вынес приговор оператору аттракциона в Стерлитамаке после травмы 12-летнего мальчика
Стерлитамакский городской суд признал виновной оператора пульта управления ООО «Управление парковым хозяйством». Об этом сообщила пресс-служба прокуратуры Башкортостана.
По версии суда, в мае 2026 года женщина запустила аттракцион «Вальс» и не проверила два обстоятельства: остались ли посторонние в зоне катания и использовались ли элементы безопасности пассажиров. В момент запуска 12-летний мальчик находился в зоне движущихся механизмов. Он упал, его зажало между частями конструкции. Травмы квалифицированы как тяжкий вред здоровью.
Действия оператора суд квалифицировал по пункту «в» части 2 статьи 238 УК РФ — оказание услуг, не отвечающих требованиям безопасности, повлекшее по неосторожности тяжкий вред здоровью.
Наказание, с учётом позиции государственного обвинителя: - 1 год 6 месяцев лишения свободы условно, испытательный срок — 1 год 6 месяцев; - лишение права заниматься деятельностью, связанной с руководством и эксплуатацией аттракционов, на 2 года.
Канал «Объясняем.рф» опубликовал рекомендации по уходу за шинами: они касаются обкатки, смены сезона, давления и хранения.
Обкатка. В первые 500–1000 км на новых шинах советуют не тормозить резко, не стартовать с пробуксовкой и не разгоняться выше 80 км/ч.
Смена сезона. Зимнюю резину рекомендуют ставить, когда дневная температура опускается до +7°C и держится так 3–5 дней. Летнюю возвращают после того, как сойдут снег и лёд, а температура стабильно превысит +7°C.
Обслуживание. Давление проверяют 2–3 раза в месяц: отклонение на 20% от нормы ускоряет износ. Балансировку делают раз в сезон или каждые 10–12 тыс. км, развал-схождение проверяют раз в год.
Хранение. Шины моют и держат в сухом тёмном помещении при температуре от 0 до +25°C. Шины без дисков ставят вертикально и раз в месяц поворачивают на четверть оборота. Шины на дисках укладывают друг на друга или подвешивают, снизив давление наполовину.
Ремонту не подлежат шины с грыжей, порезом на боковине или обнажённым кордом.
Дюртюлинская межрайонная прокуратура выявила нарушения при сбросе сточных вод в реку Куваш
Проверку соблюдения природоохранного законодательства провела Дюртюлинская межрайонная прокуратура. Об итогах сообщила пресс-служба прокуратуры Республики Башкортостан.
В ходе проверки установлено, что в реку поступали сточные воды с превышением предельно допустимых концентраций веществ. Для водоёмов рыбохозяйственного значения такие показатели не допускаются: они могут влиять на свойства воды и на фауну реки.
По инициативе прокуратуры главный инженер МУП «Дюртюливодоканал» привлечён к административной ответственности: - по части 1 статьи 8.14 КоАП РФ (несоблюдение правил водопользования при сбросе стоков); - по статье 8.33 КоАП РФ (нарушение правил охраны среды обитания и путей миграции животных и водных биологических ресурсов).
Ход устранения нарушений остаётся на контроле прокуратуры.
Погода в Башкирии на 30 октября: без осадков, днём до +14

СК возбудил дело о гибели ребенка из-за упавшего шкафа в Стерлитамаке
В Стерлитамаке возбуждено уголовное дело по факту гибели 7-летней девочки: на неё упал шкаф. Об этом сообщили в следственном управлении СК России по Башкортостану.
Дело возбуждено по части 1 статьи 109 УК РФ, которая предусматривает ответственность за причинение смерти по неосторожности.
По предварительным данным следствия, это произошло 29 октября 2026 года в одной из квартир города. В жилом помещении шёл ремонт, и в это время шкаф упал на ребёнка. Девочка скончалась на месте.
Что сделано на данный момент: - проведён осмотр места происшествия; - назначена судебно-медицинская экспертиза; - допрашиваются родители девочки.
Следователи продолжают устанавливать обстоятельства и причины произошедшего.

Пожары в Башкирии: что сообщили на заседании комиссии
На 28 октября 2026 года в республике зарегистрировано 5713 техногенных пожаров, погибли 156 человек, семеро из них — дети. Данные озвучили на заседании комиссии по ЧС и пожарной безопасности при правительстве региона, сообщает МЧС по Башкирии.
Если сравнивать с прошлым годом, число пожаров снизилось на 12,2%, число погибших — на 6%, детей — на 41,6%. За последнюю неделю погибли пять человек, это на 25% больше, чем за тот же период прошлого года.
Основные причины гибели людей: — нарушения при эксплуатации электрооборудования — 42,3%; — неосторожное обращение с огнём, в том числе при курении, — 41%; — нарушения при эксплуатации печей — 3,8%.
Среди погибших 30% находились в состоянии алкогольного опьянения, 24% спали в момент пожара.
В садовых некоммерческих товариществах зафиксировано 202 возгорания. Участники заседания также обсудили пожары из-за детских игр с огнём. По итогам главам муниципальных образований поручили усилить профилактическую работу.
