🌾Минсельхоз снизил цены на зерно для интервенций на 5–16,5%
Предельные цены действуют с 30 октября 2026 года по 30 июня 2027 года для закупки в госфонд и продажи, при достижении которых проводятся интервенции, сообщается в приказе министерства.
📉Предельные минимальные цены, при достижении которых проводятся закупки, снижены по всем категориям зерна:
• Пшеница 3-го класса — на 16,5%, до 11,1 тыс. рублей за тонну без НДС. • Пшеница 4-го класса — на 15%, до 10,8 тыс. рублей. • Рожь — на 5,4%, до 10,6 тыс. рублей. • Ячмень — на 10,5%, до 10,2 тыс. рублей.
Предельные максимальные цены, при достижении которых проводится продажа зерна из госфонда, также снижены:
• Пшеница 3-го класса — на 16,4%, до 12,2 тыс. рублей за тонну без НДС. • Пшеница 4-го класса — на 15%, до 11,9 тыс. рублей. • Рожь — на 4,9%, до 11,7 тыс. рублей. • Ячмень — на 10,4%, до 11,2 тыс. рублей.
🟠ИКАР снизил прогноз урожая зерна и экспорта пшеницы в 2026 году
Институт конъюнктуры аграрного рынка (ИКАР) ожидает урожай зерна в 136,5 млн тонн и экспорт пшеницы — 39,5 млн тонн, сообщил «Агроэксперту» гендиректор института Дмитрий Рылько.
«Институт конъюнктуры аграрного рынка ожидает сбор зерна в 2026 году в объеме 136,5 млн тонн, включая 88 млн тонн пшеницы», — сообщил Дмитрий Рылько.
📌 В начале октября урожай оценивался ИКАРом в 137 млн тонн зерна, из них 88 млн тонн пшеницы. Минсельхоз сохраняет оценку в 140 млн тонн.
«Последний актуальный прогноз по потенциалу экспорта зерна составляет 49 млн тонн, из них 39,5 млн тонн по пшенице», — уточнил Дмитрий Рылько.
В начале октября оценки ИКАРа составляли 52,8 млн тонн зерна и 42 млн тонн пшеницы.

Предварительное расследование Россельхознадзора показало, что они могли попасть в продукцию через корма, рассказал «Агроэксперту» заместитель руководителя ведомства Роман Милорадов в рамках выставки «КормВетГрэйн-2026».
💬 По его словам, ограничения затронули одного из крупнейших российских экспортеров птицеводческой продукции. Россельхознадзор проводит расследование.
Роман Милорадов отметил, что использование кормов с незаявленными или недопустимыми компонентами может приводить к ограничениям для производителей готовой продукции на внешних рынках.
Служба инициировала проверку зарегистрированных антибиотиков в сторонних лабораториях. Ее цель — оценить достоверность заявленных сроков выведения препаратов из животноводческой продукции.

Решения о полном открытии Азово-Черноморском бассейна пока нет, сообщили «Агроэксперту» представители рынка. Власти разрешили проход через Керченский пролив между Черным и Азовским морями с 1 до 15 ноября.
«Нет официальных документов. Но капитания (администрация портов — ред.) дала разрешение проходить необорудованным судам», сообщил «Агроэксперту» директор по развитию «ТопФрейм Агро» Дмитрий Картавых.
Суда с зерном сопровождают российские военные корабли.
Опрошенные «Агроэкспертом» аналитики не спешат менять оценки российского экспорта зерна, пока не будет официальных заявлений.
Российские власти разрешили зерновым судам проход из Азовского в Черное море впервые с 10 июля 2026 года, когда движение в регионе было приостановлено из-за угрозы атак беспилотников.
💰Правительство направит более 720 млн рублей на поддержку аграриев
Средства пойдут на возмещение расходов по льготным займам для обеспечения выполнения принятых обязательств по инвесткредитам. Об этом на совещании с вице-премьерами заявил премьер-министр РФ Михаил Мишустин.
«Мы рассчитываем, что такие решения будут, соответственно, способствовать повышению устойчивости агропредприятий», — сказал Михаил Мишустин.
