💸🛬 127 миллионов рублей хотят взыскать следователи с бывшего пилота «Уральских авиалиний» Сергея Белова. Он посадил самолёт в поле в Новосибирской области.
Напомним, 12 сентября 2023 года самолёт, выполнявший рейс «Сочи — Омск», экстренно приземлился в поле в Убинском районе. Пассажиры и члены экипажа не пострадали. После этого пилотов Сергея Белова и Эдуарда Семёнова сначала отстранили от полётов, а затем в отношении них возбудили уголовное дело.
После нескольких судебных разбирательств материалы направили на дорасследование, однако прокуратура обжаловала это решение, дойдя до Верховного суда. В итоге дело вновь направили на расследование.
Согласно новой редакции обвинения, сумма ущерба составляет 127,1 миллиона рублей. По мнению СКР, из-за вынужденной посадки аэробуса с пассажирами «в неприспособленном месте» были повреждены около двух десятков деталей воздушного судна.
Среди них — створки основного шасси с правой и левой сторон стоимостью 12,1 миллиона рублей, семь лопастей вентилятора двигателя за 7,2 миллиона рублей, четыре основных колеса Airbus стоимостью 3,2 миллиона рублей каждое и другие элементы.
При этом «Уральские авиалинии», которым принадлежит самолёт, получили страховую выплату и имущественных претензий к пилоту не имеют. Защита также оспаривает размер ущерба и обоснованность экспертизы, на которой строится обвинение.

🇷🇺🏒 Россия возвращается в большой хоккей — Спортивный арбитражный суд (CAS) вынес решение в пользу российских сборных, обязав Международную федерацию хоккея (IIHF) допустить их к международным турнирам.
CAS удовлетворил требования Федерации хоккея России, отменив сразу пять решений IIHF, которые запрещали российским командам выступать на соревнованиях в сезоне-2026/27.
Теперь Международная федерация хоккея должна обеспечить участие наших сборных в соответствующих турнирах. При этом решение арбитража окончательное и обжалованию не подлежит.
ФХР и IIHF предстоит урегулировать организационные вопросы возвращения российских хоккеистов. Ближайший крупный турнир — молодёжный чемпионат мира, который состоится с 26 декабря по 5 января в канадских Эдмонтоне и Ред-Дире.
Напомним, сборные России не участвуют в международных хоккейных соревнованиях с февраля 2022 года.
