В понедельник рабочией выходили на работу довольно сытыми. Поэтому вряд ли они захотели бы есть рыбу, к которой советское население только-только начали приучать.
Во вторник и среду рабочих кормили исключительно мясом, поскольку в эти дни недели они трудились интенсивнее.
В пятницу рыбный день не стали вводить потому, что она завершает рабочую неделю, и за ней следуют выходные.
