Суд одновременно рассматривает два уголовных дела по статье об убийстве. Супруги обвиняются в убийстве друг друга во время ссоры. Но дело в отношении Евгении Бенграф прекратили.
Ранее вопрос о прекращении разбирательства уже обсуждался, однако родственники погибших были против. Мать Владислава хотела восстановить доброе имя сына, а мать Евгении настаивала на том, чтобы действия дочери переквалифицировали как самооборону.

Бывшему вице-губернатору Алтайского края Ивану Кибардину увеличили сумму штрафа
Московский городской суд рассмотрел апелляционную жалобу на приговор по уголовному делу бывшего вице-губернатора. 27 октября вышестоящая инстанция изменила приговор без его отмены.
Адвокат настаивал на невиновности Кибардина и вынесении оправдательного приговора. Суд рассмотрел жалобу и оставил вердикт первой инстанции без изменения: пять лет лишения свободы в колонии общего режима и лишение права занимать должности в государственных органах сроком на два года. Как уточняет "Банкфакс", при этом апелляционная инстанция увеличила сумму штрафа с 500 тысяч до 13,5 млн рублей.

44-летний местный житель обвиняется по ч. 4 ст. 111 УК РФ (умышленное причинение тяжкого вреда здоровью, повлёкшее по неосторожности смерть). По данным следствия, в августе 2026 года он распивал алкоголь со знакомым в своей квартире. В ходе внезапной ссоры он нанёс гостю множественные удары кулаками по телу и керамической кружкой по голове. Потерпевший скончался на месте.

Мать дочери приехала в Новосибирск, но не нашла его.
22 октября мужчину видели в кафе в районе Баюновских ключей. Как выяснилось, таксист привёз его на Речной вокзал, откуда он договорился с водителем автобуса доехать до Бийска. По словам водителя, в районе Баюновских ключей ему стало плохо и он вышел. 27 октября Дмитрия нашли погибшим в поле — без рюкзака, денег, куртки и сапог. При нём была банковская карта с 4 тысячами рублей и около 70 тысяч наличными.
Родственники обратились в Следственный комитет. Похоронят мужчину в Бийске 30 октября.
