С ними работают опытные инструкторы, им выплачивают по 100 тысяч рублей за каждый месяц сборов (сохраняя при этом место работы и продолжая платить зарплату), обеспечивают бесплатным проживанием, питанием, обмундированием.
Причем сборы и выполнение задач проходят исключительно на территории области, без выезда в зону СВО.
