How the quality index is calculated
Это точно западные СМИ растащат на заголовки. Ещё и — до кучи — приплетут главам Финляндии и Норвегии какой-нибудь "заговор против ЕС")
И даже несмотря на то, что Путин ничего особенного о недавнем разговоре с европейцами не сказал: те сразу подчеркнули, что не представляют ЕС; осудили целый ряд вопросов, критика со стороны стран Европы — "не наше дело", да и правильно, что позвонили — "есть люди, которые, в отличие от некоторых, хотят наладить с Россией конструктивный диалог, и мы это поддерживаем". И далее — "многие в Европе говорят, что готовятся к войне к 2030-му году. Ну, мы-то к ней готовы, но вряд ли готовы они. Но они должны понимать, что победителей в такой войне не будет". И понятно, почему.
Россия останется ответственным поставщиком зерна в Африку как на контрактной, так и на безвозмездной основе. Страны Африки проявляют заметный интерес и к большим АЭС, и к станциям малой мощности, Россия с этим может помочь — Путин.

Поэтому зеркальный ответ — это минимум, что может сделать РФ. Во-вторых, если такое "ужасное будущее" видно из Киева уже сегодня, почему вы там с европейскими союзничками так стремитесь его поскорее достичь?🤨

Западные СМИ пытаются представить такие контракты как "действия в ущерб нацинтересам России". Но в ущерб ничего не делается — просто оборонка вышла на такие рельсы, что позволяет и армию обеспечивать, и договорённости с партнёрами выполнять, и технику консервировать. Причём новую, с заводов.
Европейские СМИ на это тоже обращали внимание. Как и на то, что у западной оборонки, в которую вбухиваются миллиарды, так не получаются, и объёмы выпуска у неё в разы меньше. Остаётся лишь надеяться, что европолитики понимают, что в случае конфликта Россия для стран Европы не пожалеет ничего из всего самого лучшего и нового — ну, и не станут проверять этот тезис на практике.
