How the quality index is calculated
Сыр надрезаю сверху сеточкой и помещаю в центр формы. Инжир нарезаю на 4 части и выкладываю в форму вместе с виноградом. Хлеб нарезаю и также выкладываю в форму. Посыпаю измельченными фисташками, сбрызгиваю оливковым маслом и убираю в разогретую до 180 градусов духовку на 15 минут.
Вчера размещал у себя в сториз, что у меня испортились все новые полотенца, купленные пару недель назад. Было у кого-то такое?
И как оказалось у многих такая же проблема, что непонятно по какой причине появляются выжженные пятна на полотенцах, постельном белье и даже одежде. Я тоже сначала не понял, пока не разобрался в проблеме и не нашёл в интернете ответ. В общем чаще всего такое случается из-за «бензоила пероксида» и если у ваших детей есть прыщи, то вы скорее всего пользуетесь эффезелом. Ребенок нанес крем, плохо вымыл руки и вытер об полотенце и после стирки получаем вот такой результат. По идее хорошие косметологи об этом должны предупреждать, но вот нас почему-то не предупредили. Также кислота может содержаться в женских кремах, бытовой химии, спф и др.
Яйца взбиваем вместе с сахаром (+ванильным), растопленным сливочным маслом и молоком. Просеиваем муку, добавляем разрыхлитель и хорошо перемешиваем, чтобы не было комочков. Яблоки очищаем, тонко нарезаем и смешиваем с тестом (из должно быть много). Убираем в разогретую до 180 градусов духовку на 1 час. У меня форма 22 х 13 см (высота ~10см). Если у вас будет больше, то возможно понадобится меньше времени. Такой пирог можно есть горячим, например, с шариком мороженого, но я люблю его полностью остудить, убрать на пару часов в холодильник, посыпать сахарной пудрой и потом уже есть.
Если бы мне тогда, в 20 лет, сказали, что та самая скромная блондинка станет моей женой, я бы, наверное, улыбнулся. Хотя, если честно, где-то внутри уже чувствовал: с ней всё будет по-другому.
Мы начали встречаться, узнавали друг друга, учились быть вместе. Прошло семь лет, и мы поженились.

Вечером я пришёл за ней вместе со своим другом. Подхожу к компании, смотрю, а моя блондинка сидит на коленях у какого-то парня! Честно? Внутри всё неприятно кольнуло.

Конечно, я не стал устраивать сцен. Кто я ей вообще на тот момент? Мы ведь даже толком не договорились, что между нами происходит. Претензии предъявлять было бы глупо. Но настроение, скажем так, стало совсем другим…
Позже она объяснила, что это её лучший друг детства. Места не было, вот она и села к нему на колени. Я вроде бы всё понял. Но где-то глубоко внутри всё равно подозревал, что она сделала это специально, чтобы заставить меня ревновать и у неё явно это получилось.
Может, так и было, а может, я просто уже успел потерять голову от этой девушки. Главное, после той прогулки мы начали встречаться. Был наш первый поцелуй, а дальше всё стало гораздо серьёзнее, чем я мог представить в свои 20 лет…
Лаваш складываю гармошкой и выкладываю в форму. В миске смешиваю с помощью блендера кефир, яйца и творог. Заливаю лаваш, сверху выкладываем кусочки сливочного масла и отправляем в разогретую до 180 градусов духовку на 40 мин.
В тот вечер я проводил её домой. Мы обменялись телефонами. Шли, разговаривали, и я понимал, что не хочу снова ждать случайной встречи. Поэтому набрался смелости и предложил ей встречаться…
Я привык, что девушки обычно не заставляли меня долго ждать ответа. А тут она посмотрела на меня и спокойно сказала: «Я подумаю» Вот это был поворот! Вроде ничего особенного, но я почему-то сразу напрягся. Впервые в жизни девушка не сказала ни «да», ни «нет», а оставила меня в подвешенном состоянии. Я развернулся и ушёл домой.
На следующий день я решил не звонить первым и не писать смс. Пусть всё идёт своим чередом, подумал я. Она тоже не звонила…
Так прошёл почти весь день. Я занимался своими делами, но мысли постоянно возвращались к ней. Интересно, она действительно думает или просто вежливо отказала???
После обеда я всё же ей позвонил первым и узнал, что она уже ушла гулять с друзьями. Предложил вечером встретиться и она согласилась…
Казалось бы, обычная прогулка. Но стоило мне прийти к её компании, как я увидел кое-что, чего совершенно не ожидал. Тут началась моя первая настоящая ревность…
Чуть раскатываем тесто, загибаем края и сверху выкладываем сыр с инжиром, манго и тимьян. Отправляем в духовку на 25 минут при температуре 200 градусов. Достаём, поливаем мёдом, посыпаем фисташками и добавляем свежего тимьяна.
