Причина — банальная нехватка денег, пишет Mash Iptash. Тариф не покрывает расходы, не хватает средств на зарплаты водителям и ремонт техники. Поэтому мусор теперь вывозят не каждый день.
И самое главное: новые дни вывоза никто не знает. Жители и управляющие компании уже неделю бьются, чтобы выяснить расписание. На горячей линии регоператора говорят, что график есть только до конца выходных. Отправляют в УК, но там тоже ничего не получали.
В пяти управляйках подтвердили: по договору вывоз должен быть ежедневным, и его никто не перезаключал. Как «ПЖКХ» решает, какую кучу вывезти сегодня, а какую оставить на потом — загадка.
Дворники теперь просто складируют мусор в кучи, которые лежат по несколько дней. Людям советуют жаловаться — может, так получится повлиять на регоператора.

История с 8-классницей из 53-й школы Челнов набирает обороты. Девочку прямо из школы увезли в медучреждение — мать написала заявление из-за её тревожного состояния. Саму перцовку она, по данным копов, не распыляла. Но вот её репутация пугает куда сильнее.
Родители других учеников бьют тревогу и говорят, что конфликты с ней — это система. По их словам, она собрала вокруг себя банду подростков, которая избивает младших, заливает их перцем и угрожает ножом. А недавно, как уверяют взрослые, залила перцовкой продавца-инвалида в магазине.
Жалобы в опеку, полицию и управление образования, по их словам, ничего не дали. Теперь за дело взялся сам Бастрыкин — он запросил доклад, а СК начал проверку.

Чистопольский суд вынес приговор 44-летнему капитану катера «Aluton». Напомню, этот мужик в нетрезвом виде с четырьмя пассажирами на борту влетел в бетонный волнолом. Одна женщина погибла на месте, ещё одна получила тяжкие травмы.
Приговор — 5 лет колонии-поселения. Но реальное отбывание срока... отсрочили. Пока его собственному ребёнку не исполнится 14 лет.

В 53-й школе родители схватились за голову. С сентября там завелась ученица, которая, по их словам, превратила учебу в выживание. Она срывает уроки, избивает семиклассниц и прямым текстом угрожает детям расправой. Педагоги разводят руками — справиться с ней не могут.
Но главный шок — то, что она вытворяет за пределами школы. Её подозревают в нападении на продавца в магазине. Попыталась украсть, а когда её застукали — прыснула газом прямо в лицо. И самое подлое: продавец — незрячий. Инвалид получил струю в глаза просто за то, что делал свою работу.
Родители уже завалили жалобами всех: МВД, прокуратуру, опеку, комиссию по делам несовершеннолетних. Написаны десятки докладных. Но воз и ныне там.
В мэрии подтвердили: да, разборки были, проверки идут.

Власти предлагают поднять цены на стоянку на 38 муниципальных парковках. Пока это только проект постановления, он проходит проверку.
На части парковок цена вырастет с 30 до 50 рублей, на других - с 50 до 70 или с 70 до 100. На улице Маяковского на одном участке тариф может сразу измениться с 50 до 100 рублей. У парка «Чёрное озеро» и на Чернышевского цена поднимется со 130 до 140 рублей, а на улице Джалиля - со 100 до 130.
Подорожание планируют, в частности, на участках улиц Толстого, Короленко, Япеева, Жуковского, Щапова и Кремлёвской. Но есть и исключение: на одной парковке на улице Амирхана Еники стоимость хотят снизить с 50 до 30 рублей.
Подростки, сбившие на самокате 92-летнюю учительницу, останутся безнаказанными
92-летняя Нина Старикова почти пять месяцев учится ходить заново. В мае на улице Лушникова в неё влетел электросамокат с двумя подростками. Итог: перелом шейки бедра и огромные траты на реабилитацию.
До аварии женщина была активной и самостоятельной. После — подолгу молчит, боится упасть и впала в настоящую депрессию, рассказала её внучка.
А теперь самое неприятное. Мать самокатчика, которая, по данным СМИ, сама директор школы, ни разу не вышла на связь с семьёй пострадавшей. Но это не всё. Её не устроило, что административное дело закрыли из-за недостижения ребёнком 16 лет. Она попросила суд исключить формулировку о вине её сына. Иск отклонили.
Перед заседанием журналист предложил ей озвучить позицию. Она отказалась и пригрозила судом: «Я никаких комментариев давать не буду. А если у вас выйдет материал, я подам на вас в суд». А в суде заявила: «Мне очень жаль, что у бабушки такая внучка — аферистка, которая не работает. Мне жаль, что вы на ребёнка 15 лет так ополчились».
В Тукаевском районе проект комплекса по переработке отходов вынесут на общественные обсуждения. Жители смогут изучить документы в течение 30 дней после публикации.
Строительство оценивают в 5–6 млрд рублей. Комплекс будет включать сортировку, компостирование органики и полигон. Запустить объект планируют в 2029 году. Ранее 30 возражений жителей против его размещения отклонили.
