🚗 Новичкам могут запретить садиться за руль мощных авто
В России начинающим водителям могут запретить управлять автомобилями мощностью более 150 лошадиных сил, если стаж вождения составляет менее трех лет.
С таким предложением обратился к главе МВД президент Национального автомобильного союза Антон Шапарин. По его словам, неопытные автолюбители часто не чувствуют высокой скорости, попадают в аварии и любят хвастаться опасной ездой в соцсетях. За нарушение грозит штраф от 5 до 15 тысяч рублей.
Теперь россияне могут заявить об этом через «Госуслуги», не обращаясь в МВД. Заявление примут за один день. При этом отозвать его не получится, даже если паспорт был найден.
В МВД также напомнили, что для получение нового паспорта надо подать отдельное заявление
В Госдуме сообщили об изменениях в процедуре оформления ухода за инвалидами I группы, детьми-инвалидами и пожилыми людьми старше 80 лет. Они вступят в силу с 1 января 2027 года. Как пояснил первый зампред комитета по труду и соцполитике Николай Коломейцев, заявление теперь нужно подавать в Социальный фонд заранее, до начала ухода, а не после, как это было до сих пор. Сам факт ухода за инвалидами и пожилыми потребуется подтверждать ежегодно.
Те, кто до начала 2027 года ухаживают за инвалидом или пожилым человеком, могут до 1 января 2028 года подтвердить уход по старым правилам. Ничего не нужно подтверждать только родителям детей-инвалидов или инвалидов с детства первой группы. Данные по ним передаются автоматически.
С 16 по 18 октября в Минске (Республика Беларусь) прошли Международные соревнования по спортивной аэробике "АЭРООСЕНЬ 2026". В турнире приняли участие спортсмены из Беларуси (Солигорск, Минск, Гомель) и России (Тамбов, Смоленск, Советск, Калининград, Самара, Владимир, Солнечногорск, Псков). Об этом сообщили в спортивной школе "Бригантина".
Воспитанники спортшколы "Бригантина" показали достойные результаты. Среди солисток 2019 года рождения Тая Игошкина заняла 2-е место. В категории 2018 года рождения Виктория Мартынова стала второй, а Дарья Меликидзе заняла 5-е место. Трио в возрасте 6-8 лет в составе Таи Игошкиной, Дарьи Меликидзе и Виктории Мартыновой завоевало 1-е место.
В категории солисток 9-11 лет (из 65 участниц) Софья Левина заняла 17-е место, Татьяна Тебнева — 19-е, Яна Колесникова — 23-е, Вероника Громова — 38-е. Трио 9-11 лет в составе Татьяны Тебневой, Софьи Левиной и Вероники Мартыновой стало вторым. В танцевальной гимнастике 9-11 лет команда в составе Юлии Ерохиной, Софьи Левиной, Вероники Мартыновой, Татьяны Тебневой, Яны Колесниковой, Дарьи Жбановой, Вероники Громовой и Анны Артамоновой также заняла 2-е место.
К соревнованиям детей подготовили тренеры Инна Сергеевна Мартынова и Виктория Вячеславовна Кичигина.
С 1 октября школьникам обеспечивают возможность бесплатно начать подготовку к государственным экзаменам: каждый подросток в возрасте 14–17 лет может получить сертификат на 6 месяцев бесплатных занятий по подготовке к ОГЭ и ЕГЭ и улучшению успеваемости.

Судебное разбирательство в отношении бывшего ректора Псков ГУ подошло к завершению: суд заслушал последнее слово подсудимой
В сегодняшнем судебном заседании в ходе рассмотрения уголовного дела по обвинению Ильиной в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных ч. 4 ст. 159, п. «е» ч. 3 ст. 286 УК РФ, после предоставления последнего слова подсудимой суд удалился в совещательную комнату для принятия судебного решения, оглашение которого состоится в 11 часов 29 октября 2026 года.
⚡По данным Минобороны России, в течение прошедшей ночи дежурными силами ПВО уничтожены 290 украинских беспилотных летательных аппаратов самолетного типа над несколькими регионами, в том числе в небе над Псковской областью.
