В межвузовском кампусе на базе ОГУ имени Тургенева уже обустраивают комнаты для студентов. Отделку трёх общежитий выполнили наполовину, а общая готовность жилого комплекса достигла 70%. Корпуса соединены переходами — надземными и подземными. Завершить работы и ввести здания в эксплуатацию планируют в 2027 году.
Будущие аудитории и лаборатории тоже приобретают вид: в учебном корпусе прокладывают инженерные сети и отделывают помещения. Здесь разместят центр прототипирования, пространства для самостоятельных занятий и зрительный зал. По соседству строят футбольное поле с трибунами на 500 зрителей.
По данным «Единого заказчика в сфере строительства», весь кампус готов на 65%. На площадке трудятся более 300 специалистов. Студгородок, который возводят с лета 2024 года, рассчитан на студентов и преподавателей шести орловских вузов.
За обследованием — в районную больницу, а не в Орёл
В Новодеревеньковской ЦРБ жители могут пройти цифровую маммографию, флюорографию, УЗИ и лабораторные исследования.
В прошлом году здесь приобрели автоматический анализатор крови, аппарат для офтальмологических процедур и новый датчик УЗИ. В больнице работают 18 врачей и 60 специалистов среднего звена — по данным учреждения, штат полностью укомплектован.
Помощь становится ближе и к жителям сёл: в районе действуют 16 фельдшерско-акушерских пунктов, четыре из них — модульные. Ещё один ФАП строят в Никольском.

Орловчанка не попалась на удочку мошенников и помогла полиции поймать курьера
Схема была стандартной: в мессенджере неизвестные написали девушке, что её сбережения якобы фальшивые. Для «проверки» ей предложили отдать 1,3 млн рублей человеку, который должен был приехать к ней домой.
Но орловчанка оказалась подготовленной. Она знала о подобных уловках из профилактических бесед с полицейскими, поэтому сразу поняла, что это обман, и обратилась в правоохранительные органы.
В результате оперативных мероприятий сыщики уголовного розыска задержали молодого человека, приехавшего за деньгами. Им оказался 18-летний житель Нижегородской области. Парень признался, что сам когда-то пострадал от аферистов, а затем начал работать на них. По его словам, он уже дважды забирал деньги у людей в других регионах и оставлял их в тайниках.
Теперь в отношении него возбуждено уголовное дело.
Депутат от Орловской области вошёл в десятку крупнейших землевладельцев Госдумы
Александр Бирюков занял восьмое место в рейтинге депутатов по площади задекларированной земли. По подсчётам «Ведомостей», она составляет 22,94 гектара.
Согласно сведениям, представленным при выборах, у Бирюкова указаны 61 земельный участок, 14 домов и две квартиры. В сентябре он избрался в Госдуму по Орловскому одномандатному округу.
Возглавил рейтинг Пётр Толстой: он задекларировал девять участков общей площадью более 246 гектаров. Всего на первую десятку приходится почти 82% площади земли, указанной в декларациях избранных депутатов.
На концерте в Орле Таисия Повалий заявила, что весь свой гонорар передаст на поддержку пострадавших от ракетного удара. Об этом губернатор Андрей Клычков сообщил в прямом эфире 26 октября.
Напомним: Повалий — известная исполнительница, заслуженная (1996) и народная (1997) артистка Украины. С 2014 года живёт в России, поддержала СВО. За пророссийскую позицию украинская власть лишила её званий на родине.
В Орловской области началось благоустройство сразу пяти общественных пространств, которые победили в конкурсе лучших проектов создания комфортной городской среды
Преобразятся Мценск, Малоархангельск, Колпна, Кромы и село Кривцово-Плота. На «Тургеневскую площадь», «Парк Победы», «Охотников привал», «Лесков посад» и «К истокам» выделено от 26 до 91 миллиона рублей.
Завершить всё должны в 2027-м. Но три муниципалитета — Малоархангельск, Колпна и Кривцово-Плота — планируют закончить раньше срока, уже в этом году.
Параллельно продолжается благоустройство проектов-победителей прошлого конкурса: «Набережной Лескова» во Мценске, «Тропы рубиновой лани» в Шаблыкино, «Площади Вревской» в Малоархангельске и «Бульвара Данилевского» в Верховье.
А ещё три района — Покровский, Должанский и Мценский — получили гранты на новые проекты. Это «Маршрут Зарубина: по улицам детства», «Цветочная площадь» и «Парк, который видел Фета и Тургенева». Документация уже разрабатывается.
На аппаратном совещании в администрации области прокурор задал неудобный вопрос: почему многие вернувшиеся с СВО орловцы до сих пор не получили удостоверения ветеранов боевых действий?
Руководитель регионального отделения фонда «Защитники Отечества» Ольга Анисимова ответила, что работа идёт. Но есть нюансы: категории «ЧВК «Вагнер» и «Шторм Z» не получают документы через военкомат — этим занимается сам филиал фонда.
Губернатор Андрей Клычков призвал активнее сотрудничать с военной прокуратурой, чтобы быстрее получать документы из воинских частей. И добавил, что пора готовиться к массовому возвращению бойцов. Заранее нужно заниматься. Ребята будут возвращаться.
Главное, по мнению главы региона, — трудоустройство. Без работы никакая адаптация и реабилитация не помогут. Сейчас в отделении фонда работают 29 социальных координаторов. Но нагрузка будет расти, и штат, возможно, придётся расширять. В кадровом резерве уже есть четыре кандидата.
Сотрудникам поражённого завода в Орле ускоренно восстановят документы
При ударе на предприятии вспыхнул пожар. Огонь уничтожил паспорта, водительские права и другие документы, которые нужны людям.
«Будем собирать информацию, сверять с перечнем работников, чтобы не было недобросовестных товарищей, и менять документы в ускоренном порядке. Договорённости с Соцфондом, миграционной службой и УМВД уже получены», — рассказал глава региона Андрей Клычков.
Напомним: при атаке погибли четыре человека. Ещё один до сих пор не вышел на связь и не найден. За медпомощью обратились 19 человек, семеро — в стационаре. Всего на заводе находились около 200 человек. Большинство остались целы благодаря мерам безопасности.
