Рособрнадзор выбрал три схемы для тестирования устного экзамена по истории в 9 классах
Они различаются степенью участия экзаменатора и форматом предъявления заданий. Так, в первой и второй схемах задания выдаются школьникам на бумаге, а в третьей — на компьютере. При этом в первой схеме экзамен принимает учитель истории, который может задавать дополнительные вопросы, а во второй и третьей схемах дополнительные вопросы не предусмотрены. Все три схемы предусматривают ведение записи экзамена.
Тестирование проходит в октябре и ноябре и охватывает не менее 4 тыс. девятиклассников из 30 регионов России. Ввести обязательный устный экзамен по истории планируется в 2028 году.

Заместитель секретаря Общественной палаты РФ Владислав Гриб считает, что День бабушек и дедушек, который отмечается 28 октября, должен иметь официальный статус праздника. В этот день хотят проводить тематические мероприятия и вручать общественные и государственные награды и премии.
По словам общественника, поддержка старшего поколения — один из важнейших пунктов в воспитании детей и молодёжи.
⚡️Губернатор Михаил Ведерников обсудил с министром здравоохранения региона Мариной Гаращенко подготовку медицинских кадров и трудоустройство молодых специалистов.
По представленным данным, с начала 2026 года в медицинские учреждения Псковской области трудоустроились 83 врача, из которых 63 — выпускники целевых программ обучения. Также на работу приняли 104 специалиста среднего медицинского персонала.
В этом году на целевое обучение по медицинским специальностям поступили 156 студентов — на 10% больше, чем годом ранее. Ещё 60 человек зачислены в ординатуру.
Медицинские колледжи региона приняли 335 первокурсников: 140 будут учиться по специальности «Лечебное дело», ещё 195 — по направлению «Сестринское дело».
По словам губернатора, для привлечения медиков в регионе увеличили отдельные выплаты, расширили возможности компенсации аренды жилья и ввели дополнительные меры поддержки специалистов дефицитных направлений.

Великолукский районный суд Псковской области рассматривает уголовное дело в отношении бывшего заместителя начальника территориального отдела государственного автодорожного надзора (ТОГАДН) Псковской области Межрегионального территориального управления Ространснадзора по СЗФО. Его обвиняют в посредничестве во взяточничестве за совершение заведомо незаконных действий или бездействие.
По версии следствия, инспекторы ТОГАДН Псковской области остановили на стационарном посту весового контроля два большегрузных автомобиля, которые следовали с нарушением габаритных характеристик. Перевозчик обратился за помощью к фигуранту дела. За денежное вознаграждение тот пообещал, что автомобили отпустят без привлечения виновных к административной ответственности.

В России начинающим водителям могут запретить управлять автомобилями мощностью более 150 лошадиных сил, если стаж вождения составляет менее трех лет.
С таким предложением обратился к главе МВД президент Национального автомобильного союза Антон Шапарин. По его словам, неопытные автолюбители часто не чувствуют высокой скорости, попадают в аварии и любят хвастаться опасной ездой в соцсетях. За нарушение грозит штраф от 5 до 15 тысяч рублей.
