How the quality index is calculated
Милана Канева и Елизавета Клементьева из НАО удостоены нагрудного знака «Доброволец России».
Милана учится в школе № 4 Нарьян-Мара. Своими руками создала более 1000 поздравительных открыток для одиноких пожилых людей по всей России. Участвует в школьных благотворительных ярмарках и акциях по сбору гуманитарной помощи. По её инициативе в классе появился раздельный сбор отходов.
Елизавета регулярно участвует в волонтёрских миссиях по уходу за ранеными бойцами в госпиталях. У неё многолетний опыт работы медицинской сестрой. Сейчас она трудится в окружном филиале фонда «Защитники Отечества», участвует в деятельности Комитета семей воинов Отечества.
Глава региона Ирина Гехт рассказала, чем новая выплата в 300 тысяч рублей, которую готовят в НАО при рождении первого или второго ребёнка, будет отличаться от окружного материнского капитала. Это две самостоятельные меры поддержки с разными условиями.
Единовременную выплату в 300 тысяч рублей предлагается предоставлять семьям, в которых первый или второй ребёнок родится после 1 сентября 2026 года. Сейчас разрабатывается соответствующий законопроект. Начать выплаты — после 1 января 2027 года.
Предусматривается, что доходы родителей и срок проживания в округе не будут влиять на право получить эту помощь. Обязательное условие — регистрация рождения ребёнка в органах ЗАГС Ненецкого автономного округа.
Родители смогут сами решить, на что потратить деньги. Ограничений по направлениям расходов для новой выплаты не предполагается.
Окружной материнский капитал уже действует и предоставляется при рождении третьего и последующих детей. По инициативе Ирины Гехт его размер увеличен до 500 тысяч рублей. Закон принят в сентябре. Эта сумма предусмотрена для семей, в которых ребёнок родится с 1 января 2027 года. Средства маткапитала используются по установленным законом направлениям.
Таким образом, для родителей первого или второго малыша готовится отдельная денежная выплата, а для многодетных семей увеличивается размер действующего окружного маткапитала. При этом у двух решений разные сроки: для новой выплаты предусмотрена дата рождения после 1 сентября 2026 года, для повышенного маткапитала — с 1 января 2027 года.
Нарьян-Марский объединённый авиаотряд сообщает о возобновлении работы парковочного комплекса. В настоящее время функционируют шлагбаумы, парковка работает в платном режиме.

В Ненецком автономном округе продолжается поддержка участников специальной военной операции.
Так, студенты Ненецкого профессионального училища подготовили для бойцов два автомобиля УАЗ. Кроме того, коллектив Дома культуры «Арктика» передал военнослужащему «буханку».

Чудеса случаются не только под Новый год, но и после визита судебных приставов.
История простая: жительница Нарьян-Мара задолжала коммуналке, банкам и микрофинансовым организациям более 1,7 млн рублей. Полагаем, принцип был «живу сейчас, плачу потом». Потом, как водится, не наступило. В связи с чем было вынесено постановление о взыскании исполнительского сбора.
Получив информацию, что женщина владеет транспортным средством «Лада XRey», судебный пристав арестовал автомобиль. Имущество оставили хозяйке на ответственное хранение без права пользования.
И тут произошло настоящее волшебство! Оказалось, что любовь к комфортному передвижению сильнее любви к кредитным каникулам. Как только женщина осознала, что придется ходить пешком, деньги нашлись мгновенно.
При выполнении задач, 21 сентября 2025 года, в ходе специальной военной операции, погиб уроженец села Тельвиска Хозяинов Митрофан Иванович.
