В Асбесте могут оказаться на улице примерно 60 животных. Теперь эта проблема станет для всего города!
В Асбестовском городском суде рассматривается иск об установлении запрета на содержание и разведение (никакого разведения нет) домашних животных на земельном участке ответчика. Фактически речь идёт о требовании в короткий срок убрать с участка порядка 45–50 собак и 10 кошек.
Да, содержание такого количества животных рядом с жилыми домами — это не идеальная ситуация. С этим сложно спорить. Позицию соседей тоже нужно учитывать.
Но есть и другая сторона вопроса: эти животные — не породистые собаки из питомника и не товар «на продажу». Большинство из них когда-то были выброшены, потерялись или пострадали по вине людей. Ответчик много лет содержит их на огороженной территории, кормит, лечит и ищет им дом за свой счёт и с помощью неравнодушных людей.
А теперь главный вопрос: **если суд обяжет убрать всех животных в сжатый срок — куда именно они должны деться?** Приюты и передержки в регионе и так переполнены. Найти такому количеству животных новых хозяев за несколько дней или недель практически невозможно. И тогда возникает реальный риск, что животные просто окажутся на улицах города.
Это риск для жителей всего города: стаи, испуганные дети, пожилые люди, возможные ДТП, санитарные и эпидемиологические проблемы. Мы не говорим, что всё нужно оставить как есть. Мы говорим, что решение не должно быть формальным: нельзя одним документом создать для города новую уличную проблему.
