Если смотреть на тело человека в профиль, то мы увидим, что центры тяжести головы, грудного, тазового отдела, бедер, колен и стоп находятся на одной оси по вертикали. Это положение тела в пространстве называется осанка. И даже незначительное отклонение челюсти на 1 мм может вызвать смещение всего скелета.
▪️ Голова, шея, плечи отклоняются от вертикали (при дистальном прикусе — вперед, при мезиальном — назад) ▪️ Грудной отдел западает ▪️ Лопатки выступают ▪️ Меняется угол наклона рёбер ▪️ Появляется плоскостопие ▪️ Живот выпячивается И это только изменение осанки!
А добавьте сюда нарушение жевания, пищеварения, заболевания височно-нижнечелюстного сустава, головные боли, проблемы с дикцией, глотанием, дыханием и артикуляцией. Одно цепляется за другое — вот и получаем целый букет проблем, решать которые нужно комплексно.

Патологическая стираемость зубов — это прогрессирующая убыль твердых тканей зубов с уменьшением их высоты или толщины коронковой части. Проявляется в виде потери эмали и в некоторых случаях дентина. Причем страдают этим чаще всего мужчины взрослого возраста.
В результате стирания эмали образуются острые края, которые травмируют слизистую оболочку губ и щек. Если не предпринимать никаких мер, то заболевание прогрессирует. Зубы становятся короче, нижняя треть лица уменьшается и изменяется положение височно-нижнечелюстного сустава (ВНЧС). Это влечет за собой щелканье челюсти, боль в ВНЧС, может снижаться слух.
Несвоевременное лечение может привести к практически полному стиранию зубов, нарушению функции речи, жевания, дыхания, проблемам с ЖКТ.

Бывает так: смотришь в зеркало — эмаль ровная, дырки нет. Но зуб внезапно потемнел, стал серым или отдает неприятным запахом. Это скрытый кариес. И он коварен.
Под целой эмалью может зиять огромная полость. Как такое возможно? 👉 Часто это следствие старой пломбы, которая дала усадку, или трещины, через которую бактерии попали внутрь 👉 Зуб «умирает» изнутри: нерв разрушается, ткани гниют, меняя цвет
⚠️ Тревожные звоночки: ▪️ Серый или синеватый оттенок эмали ▪️ Темное пятно, которое не болит ▪️ Неприятный запах изо рта ▪️ Дискомфорт при накусывании

Лечение свища на постоянном зубе направлено исключительно на сохранение этого самого причинного зуба. Свищ на десне образуется при воспалении в области верхушки корня, т.е. когда оно уже вышло за пределы зуба. Это называется периодонтит☝️ А свищевой ход возникает, когда организм пытается вывести гнойное отделяемое наружу. Этот воспалительный процесс не возникает мгновенно, он может хронически расти годами.
❗ Свищ на постоянном зубе успешно лечат! Это не показание к удалению. Лечение это длительное и проводится в несколько этапов: 🔹 Назначаются антибиотики 🔹 Если зуб можно сохранить, то корни зуба очищают, промывают, закладывают лекарство и закрывают временной пломбой. Может понадобиться несколько приемов 🔹 При успешном лечении свища (а это прохождение свища в первые две недели) ставится постоянная пломба или реставрация 🔹 Динамика лечения отслеживается рентгенологически
