Сегодня, 29 октября 2026 года, на внеочередном заседании Думы г.о. Сызрань высшим должностным лицом городского округа Сызрань сроком на 5 лет избран Советкин Андрей Николаевич.
Напомним, что в соответствии с Решением Думы городского округа Сызрань от 30.09.2026 года № 63 был объявлен конкурс по отбору кандидатур на должность Главы городского округа Сызрань Самарской области.
На конкурс по замещению должности руководителя муниципалитета Сызрани было подано 6 заявок. Решением конкурсной комиссии все кандидаты были допущены к участию в конкурсе.
Андрей Николаевич хорошо знаком с работой муниципалитета, знает актуальные проблемы и потребности Сызрани. Многолетний опыт работы в администрации позволит ему продолжить решение задач, от которых напрямую зависит качество жизни горожан.

Изменения в составе постоянных комитетов Думы В связи с досрочным прекращением полномочий депутата Сергея Викторовича Прокофьева его вывели из состава постоянного комитета Думы по бюджету. Депутат Яна Васильевна Гурина вошла в состав комитета по городской инфраструктуре и жилищно-коммунальному хозяйству. Состав комитетов приведён в соответствие с текущей структурой Думы. #ДумаСызрань
Председатель Контрольно-счётной палаты Дума назначила Ларису Викторовну Ахмедову председателем Контрольно-счётной палаты городского округа Сызрань. Лариса Викторовна имеет большой опыт работы в сфере финансового контроля. В должности председателя Контрольно-счётной палаты она работает более 20 лет. Срок полномочий председателя КСП составляет пять лет. #ДумаСызрань
На заседании Думы городского округа Сызрань было принято решение о признании утратившими силу трёх ранее действовавших муниципальных решений в сфере жилищного контроля.
✔️Отменены положение о муниципальном жилищном контроле, изменения к нему, а также документы, устанавливающие ключевые и индикативные показатели в данной сфере.
Необходимость принятия этого решения обусловлена изменениями федерального законодательства. Муниципальные нормативные акты должны соответствовать действующим правовым нормам.
Работа в этом направлении позволяет поддерживать актуальность муниципальной нормативной базы и обеспечивать её соответствие законодательству. #ДумаСызрань
🏅Награждение жителей за добросовестный труд Дума рассмотрела вопрос о награждении жителей городского округа Сызрань за многолетний добросовестный труд и вклад в развитие города. К поощрению представлены сотрудники Сызранского пассажирского автотранспортного предприятия — диспетчер Алла Борисовна Маврина и водители Сергей Владимирович Скриль, Андрей Сергеевич Цыганов и Евгений Викторович Чилимбетов. Также отмечен Денис Степанович Гараев — заведующий филиалом Дома культуры «Строитель». В этом году учреждение отмечает 70-летие. За этими наградами — профессионализм, ответственность и ежедневная работа на благо жителей Сызрани. #ДумаСызрань
Сегодня, на заседании Думы городского округа Сызрань были внесены изменения в порядок подготовки проектов решений.
Согласно принятым изменениям, правом вносить проекты решений теперь обладают не только депутаты и инициативные группы граждан, но и общественные объединения. Также уточнены требования к инициативной группе: в её состав должны входить не менее 10 человек.
Принятые изменения направлены на приведение муниципальных нормативных положений в соответствие с действующим законодательством.
Важно, чтобы установленный порядок учитывал предусмотренные законом возможности участия граждан и общественных объединений в решении вопросов местного значения. #ДумаСызрань
