Наиболее активно предприятия Сибири взаимодействуют с китайскими партнерами. Об этом рассказал Дмитрий Логачев, директор по корпоративным клиентам Т-Банка в Сибири и ДФО, в интервью изданию «Коммерсант-Сибирь». Наработанный опыт сделок помогает поддерживать эти связи. Однако внешнеторговые операции остаются сложными из-за санкционных ограничений. Помимо проведения платежа, бизнесу необходимо решать вопросы доставки, страховки и таможни, выбирать поставщиков и финансовых контрагентов. В условиях, когда каждый этап сделки под угрозой блокировки, на первый план выходит доверие ко всем участникам.
За последние полгода, по его наблюдениям, обозначился интерес к расчетам с иностранными поставщиками в криптовалюте, чему способствует формирование соответствующей законодательной базы. Но выбор способа расчета — лишь одна часть сделки. Запрос компаний охватывает всю организацию внешнеторговых операций, а не только перевод денег за границу.
Белорусские товары получат приоритет в регионах РФ
Лукашенко предложил возродить советскую практику закрепления российских регионов за Белоруссией для поставок товаров, назвав приоритетными Санкт-Петербург, Ленинградскую и Калининградскую области, Москву и Подмосковье. Речь идёт о долгосрочной ориентации белорусских предприятий на потребности конкретных территорий, а не о разовых поставках. В качестве примера он привёл сотрудничество с Петербургом и Ленинградской областью, включая поставки техники, автобусов МАЗ, лифтового оборудования и продовольствия. Пока это предложение, а не принятое решение, но если модель закрепят, белорусские производители получат приоритетный канал сбыта, а импортёрам из других стран придётся конкурировать с ним за полку и контракты.
Латвия продлила запрет на нерегулярные автобусные перевозки в Россию и Белоруссию до конца октября 2027 года, а с 10 января планирует закрыть и регулярные рейсы с транзитом через свою территорию. Ограничение касается всех перевозчиков независимо от страны регистрации. Грузовые поставки это напрямую не затрагивает, но деловые поездки через Латвию усложняются, а сама Рига продолжает последовательно сокращать транспортные связи с Москвой и Минском.
Платёжный сервис Letim, ставший для российских туристов заменой карт «Мир» в Турции, прекратит работу 30 ноября 2026 года, сообщили в компании. Клиенты могут потратить остаток средств до этой даты или перевести его на счёт в российском банке; вывод будет доступен и после закрытия приложения через поддержку. В АТОР считают, что на турпоток это не повлияет — у россиян есть другие способы безналичной оплаты, включая СБП, а большинство по-прежнему пользуется наличными.
Представитель победившего на выборах движения «Студенческий список» Йово Бакич заявил, что новое правительство Сербии не будет вводить санкции против России и не откажется от российских энергоресурсов. Это ответ на предупреждение Вучича о возможных санкциях к марту-апрелю. Беспилотная логистика охватит лишь ключевые трассы
К 2028 году Минтранс планирует вывести на дороги общего пользования полностью беспилотные грузовики без водителя в кабине, о чём заявил глава ведомства Андрей Никитин в Госдуме. Сейчас автономные машины «КАМАЗа», «Яндекса» и Navio уже работают на трассах М-11, ЦКАД, М-4 и М-12 в рамках проекта «Беспилотные логистические коридоры», а к концу 2028 года парк должен составить 992 единицы и превысить 4 тысячи к 2030-му. При этом эксперты отрасли указывают, что для полного вытеснения водителей потребуются десятилетия, поскольку за пределами нескольких федеральных магистралей инфраструктуры для автономного движения пока нет. Для импортных поставок это означает, что на ряде ключевых маршрутов со временем может появиться альтернатива традиционным перевозчикам, но в ближайшие годы ставка на беспилотники останется точечной и не заменит обычные фуры на региональных направлениях.
С 1 ноября в ЕАЭС начнут действовать повышенные ставки ввозных пошлин на ряд товаров. Для отдельных видов одежды, включая пальто, костюмы, брюки и юбки, ставка составит 15% от таможенной стоимости, но не менее 1,5–2,25 евро за килограмм. Защитные каски из пластмассы обложат 15%, торговые автоматы с нагревательными или охлаждающими устройствами тоже 15%, радиоприёмники кассетного типа 11–13%, а промышленное оборудование, включая пневматические подъёмники и конвейеры, 13%. Отдельные виды запорной арматуры, электродвигатели мощнее 375 кВт и специальные фотокамеры получат ставку 5%.
ЕЭК объяснила пересмотр ростом объёмов поставок на фоне существенного снижения импортных цен и задачей защитить производителей союза. Специальные ставки установлены до 30 сентября 2027 года, поэтому речь идёт об ограниченной по времени мере, а не о бессрочном изменении тарифа. Для внешнеторговых операций это означает, что ввоз перечисленных категорий подорожает уже с ноября, а расчёт платежей придётся вести с учётом минимальной ставки за килограмм, если процент от стоимости окажется ниже. Товарные позиции в двух решениях ЕЭК различаются, поэтому проверять применимую ставку нужно по конкретному коду ТН ВЭД.
