В Челябинской области упростят оформление ряда социальных выплат
При оформлении выплаты на школьную и спортивную форму, а также регионального единовременного пособия при рождении ребенка заявителю направят предзаполненное заявление на «Госуслугах». При условии, если необходимые сведения есть в системе соцзащиты. После согласия выплата будет оформлена без допобращения.
Принимать решение о выплате на школьную форму будут в течение пяти рабочих дней вместо десяти. А рассматривать заявления на предоставление выплаты взамен земельного участка участникам СВО и членам семей погибших бойцов будут на протяжении восьми дней вместо 20.

🌊 п.Дачный без подтоплений: в Миассе нашли решение проблемы с водой 🌊
Прокуратура Челябинской области проверила обращение жителя Миасса о подтоплении домов в посёлке Дачный. Летом 2024 года из‑за сильных дождей оказались подтоплены 91 дом — в посёлке вводили режим ЧС, а пострадавшим выплатили 6,2 млн рублей. Изначально суд обязал местные власти за 33 месяца обустроить полноценную систему водоотведения — стоимость работ оценивали более чем в 600 млн рублей. Однако меры не были приняты, и под контролем прокуратуры нашли альтернативное решение. Вместе с жителями муниципалитет при поддержке специализированной организации (ООО «Миасское геолого‑строительное предприятие») реализовал новый вариант: вместо централизованной системы в посёлке обустроили дренажные траншеи. Это позволило снизить уровень грунтовых вод. Суд подтвердил правомерность такого изменения способа исполнения решения. Повторная проверка показала: подтоплений в Дачном больше нет, дренажные траншеи работают эффективно.
🚧 Дороги Миасса: ремонт, разметка и подготовка к зиме 🚧 На еженедельном аппаратном совещании обсудили текущие вопросы городского хозяйства и планы на ближайшую неделю. Работы по летнему содержанию дорог идут в штатном режиме. Параллельно ведётся подготовка к зимнему периоду: очищают ливневую канализацию, заготавливают противогололёдные материалы, готовят песчано‑соляную смесь и переоборудуют спецтехнику. На этой неделе на улицах Макеева, Октября и Готвальда планируют нанести дорожную разметку. Продолжается масштабный ремонт Тургоякского шоссе. На одном из участков покрытие и съезды уже заасфальтированы в два слоя. Сегодня планируют завершить укладку нижнего слоя асфальтобетона на участке от улицы Предзаводской до гостиницы «АЗ „Урал“». Параллельно ремонтируют ливневую канализацию. В ближайшее время на оставшемся участке начнут укладывать верхний слой асфальта — это позволит вовремя нанести разметку, пока сохраняются благоприятные погодные условия. 🔥 Тепло без перебоев: в Смородинке обновили шесть километров теплосетей🔥 Специалисты заменили около шести километров аварийных трубопроводов — это повысит надёжность теплоснабжения в домах местных жителей. В ближайшее время подрядчики восстановят благоустройство и частично заасфальтируют территории на улицах Детской, Школьной и Советской. На реализацию проекта направили порядка 60 миллионов рублей — средства поступили из федерального, областного и местного бюджетов. 🏠 Прощай, “личный” подвал: в Миассе должник вернул общедомовое имущество 🏠 В Миассе завершилось громкое разбирательство вокруг подвальных помещений многоквартирного дома: собственник квартиры на первом этаже освободил подвал от личных вещей и восстановил перекрытие между квартирой и подвалом. История началась с того, что 60‑летний мужчина пробил отверстие в бетонной плите и устроил в подвале хранилище для самых разных предметов — от автомобильных запчастей и лодки до мебели и бытовой техники. Соседи и управляющая компания неоднократно пытались урегулировать вопрос, но безрезультатно. В итоге УК обратилась в суд. Суд обязал владельца квартиры освободить подвал и заделать проём в перекрытии. Однако мужчина не спешил исполнять решение: за время исполнительного производства его девять раз привлекали к административной ответственности, назначили исполнительский сбор и ограничили в праве выезда из страны. Общая сумма штрафов составила 16 тысяч рублей. Ситуация сдвинулась с мёртвой точки после того, как суд постановил взыскивать с должника по 500 рублей за каждый день просрочки. Поняв, что расходы продолжают расти, мужчина оплатил все штрафы и неустойку, выполнил требуемые работы и продемонстрировал результат представителям УК и судебному приставу.
