В проданной «Березке» запланированы «Пятёрочка» и кафе
Вчера, 28 октября, прошло заседание Думы НГО, где администрация дала ответы на поставленные депутатами вопросы по зданию «Берёзки» на улице Свердлова. На заседании Думы побывали и журналисты «Нейвы».
Владельцем здания было ООО «Школьное питание», у которого скопилась масса долгов в том числе из-за убыточности по оказанию услуг питания учащихся. На момент выставления здания на продажу долги компании составляли порядка 18 млн рублей.
В январе 2026 года была проведена оценка рыночной стоимости здания. Она составила 24 млн 922 тысячи рублей. За эту цену оно и было выставлено на продажу на Авито. В ходе поступивших предложений цена поднялась до 27,5 млн рублей.
И в августе этого года был оформлен договор продажи здания нижнетагильской компании «Дом-ТС» за 27,5 млн рублей. Деньги поступили на счёт «Школьного питания» и пошли на покрытие долгов.
На настоящий момент долги составляют порядка 10 млн рублей и продолжают расти в связи с тем, что система оказания услуг по питанию школьников остаётся убыточной. Сейчас администрация принимает решение о дальнейшей судьбе «Школьного питания».
Новый же владелец здания, по данным администрации НГО, готовит проект перепланировки объекта, после чего будет реконструкция. Ожидается, что она завершится в середине 2027 года.
Основным арендатором станет «Пятёрочка», но часть помещений будет отведена под кафе.

#нейва_ретроспектива 29 лет назад в Новоуральске появилась улица Корнилова
29 октября 1997 года вышло постановление главы Новоуральска Валентина Фельдмана № 1708 «Об увековечивании памяти бывшего генерального директора УЭХК Виталия Фёдоровича Корнилова».
В постановлении было указано, что новая улица в Южном районе, на участке от Тегенцева до дороги № 305, должна быть названа именем Корнилова.
Вчера, 28 октября, во дворе дома Советская, 2/2, женщина-водитель на автомобиле «Тойота-Аурис» наехала на 9-летнего ребенка, катавшегося по проезжей части двора на самокате.
С места ДТП бригадой скорой помощи мальчик был госпитализирован в хирургическое приемное отделение ЦМСЧ-31, а затем перевезен в отделение «Детской травматологии и ортопедии» детской городской больницы N9 Екатеринбурга.
Диагноз: черепно-мозговая травма, ушиб головного мозга, подкожная гематома в области затылка, ссадины грудной клетки.
Также решением Думы от уплаты налога на имущество в 2027 году в Новоуральске освобождаются жильцы аварийного дома на Первомайской, 68. Учитывая, что налоговое бремя сохраняется вплоть до момента физического освобождения помещения, администрация округа предложила установить для жильцов дома временную льготу до завершения процесса сноса или расселения. Но только в том случае, если жилец подписал акт приема-передачи своего жилья администрации округа.
