Многие давно добавляют в ответы на отзывы артикулы своих других товаров. Я всегда считал это ерундой: путь до нужного товара был слишком сложным, и вряд ли кто-то реально по нему доходил.
Теперь артикулы стали кликабельными. Доступно конено же только на дорогом тарифе Джема)
✅ Плюсы
Новый способ продвижения. Можно допродать покупателю, который уже купил ваш товар, что-то ещё из своего ассортимента. (Или даже не своего)
⚠️ Минусы
Это увод трафика из карточки. Причём в самый важный момент, когда покупатель читает отзывы и решает, брать или нет.
В любом случае это открывает широкое поле для экспериментов, у кого есть продвинутый джем есть смысл переписать шаблоны автоответов
А если появится новая точка входа в портрете покупателя, то это еще и статистику и эффективность можно будет отследить) А может и подменные артикулы
