How the quality index is calculated
Магнитогорский металлургический комбинат потребовал засекретить от прессы суд по искам Росприроднадзора на ₽5,8 млрд.
По информации медиапортала 74.RU, ведомство подало к ММК два иска — на 3,9 и 1,9 млрд рублей. На заседании 28 октября металлургическая компания попросила объединить дела и рассматривать их в закрытом режиме из-за коммерческой тайны. Арбитраж вернётся к этим ходатайствам 10 ноября.
Эксперты связывают претензии с загрязнением сточными водами Магнитогорского водохранилища, реки Урал и Сухой речки в 2013–2019 годах. Как отметил экс-замминистра экологии Челябинской области Виталий Безруков, проверки 2016 и 2019 годов уже выявляли там нарушения водного законодательства. Предприятие тогда оштрафовали, и суммы были уплачены, однако возмещение экологического ущерба требует отдельной компенсации.
Представители ММК и Росприроднадзора от комментариев отказались.
Магнитогорске из-за столкновения двух иномарок с трамваем временно останавливали движение электротранспорта
Утром 28 октября около 08:00 на перекрёстке улиц Комсомольской и Урицкого 18-летний водитель Toyota Corolla со стажем три месяца не уступил дорогу Daihatsu Thor. От удара второй автомобиль вылетел на пути и столкнулся со встречным трамваем.
Обоих водителей с травмами доставили в больницу. Машины получили механические повреждения, предприятию «Маггортранс» причинён материальный ущерб.
В Магнитогорске 16-летний пьяный подросток сел за руль «Ауди 80» — административные дела получили и он, и его родители
28 октября в 00:50 на улице Труда возле дома №18 сотрудники ДПС остановили «Ауди 80», за рулём которой находился 16-летний парень без водительских прав.
Алкометр зафиксировал 0,301 мг/л паров этанола в выдыхаемом воздухе. Несовершеннолетнего отстранили от управления и оформили по ч. 3 ст. 12.8 КоАП РФ, а автомобиль отправили на спецстоянку.
На место вызвали мать нарушителя и вместе с сыном доставили в отдел полиции «Орджоникидзевский». На неё составили протокол по ст. 5.35 КоАП РФ за неисполнение родительских обязанностей, направив материалы в комиссию по делам несовершеннолетних.
Собственник машины — отец подростка — получил административный протокол по ч. 3 ст. 12.7 КоАП РФ. За передачу ключей человеку без прав ему грозит штраф 30 тыс. рублей. Инцидент произошёл во время непрерывного рейда Госавтоинспекции по безопасности дорожного движения.
Погоня со стрельбой в Магнитогорске — пьяный рецидивист на незарегистрированной «Джили МК» протаранил патрульную машину в СНТ «Металлург-2».
Вечернее преследование со спецсигналами началось после того, как водитель отказался остановиться по требованию инспекторов Госавтоинспекции. Нарушитель пытался уйти от погони на высокой скорости, пока не оказался в тупике.
При резком развороте 44-летний местный житель врезался в патрульный автомобиль и попытался продолжить движение. Чтобы остановить машину, полицейские применили табельное оружие — сделали предупредительный выстрел в воздух и прицельный по колесу.

ДТП произошло 24 октября 2026 года в 08:55 на нерегулируемом перекрёстке у дома 93 по улице Чкалова. Водитель маршрутного такси Луидор 1964 года рождения не уступил дорогу и совершил столкновение с трамваем, который двигался во встречном направлении и выполнял левый поворот.
Два пассажира маршрутного такси получили телесные повреждения. Им назначено амбулаторное лечение.
По факту аварии проводится административное расследование. В отношении перевозчика будут приняты меры профилактики.

Военнослужащие двух стран успешно отработали уничтожение незаконных вооружённых формирований, занявших населённый пункт.

В Миассе нетрезвый водитель на фуре пошёл на обгон через сплошную и протаранил поворачивавший трактор — после удара обе машины вылетели с дороги и залегли на бок.
ДТП произошло у дома № 13 на улице Ленина, сообщают в Госавтоинспекции Челябинской области.
