Наезд на ребёнка произошёл в Ленинском районе Новосибирска
28 октября в 7:35 на улице Порт-Артурская произошёл наезд на пешехода. Водитель 2008 года рождения на «Honda Civic» сбил мальчика 2010 года рождения, переходившего дорогу вне зоны пешеходного перехода. После удара пешехода отбросило на «Toyota Avensis», двигавшуюся во встречном направлении.
Пострадавший мальчик доставлен в медицинское учреждение, характер травм уточняется. На месте происшествия работал наряд ДПС, выясняются все обстоятельства ДТП.
🚉 Новую остановку электрички планируется оборудовать в Ленинском районе Новосибирска. Она может появиться в микрорайоне «Радуга Сибири».
В пресс-службе ЗСЖД уточнили, что платформу предполагается разместить в 300 метрах от одного из жилых домов на улице Забалуева.
Железнодорожники рассмотрят возможность строительства временной пассажирской платформы с железобетонным покрытием при условии, что муниципальные власти и застройщик благоустроят подходы и подъезды, а также обеспечат освещение, пишет НГС. Городские власти и застройщик микрорайона уже договорились о строительстве освещённого тротуара.
Эти работы планируют завершить до конца 2026 года.
🚏🚌 Две остановки общественного транспорта планируют переименовать в Новосибирске. Обе расположены в Троллейном жилмассиве.
В мэрии рассказали, что остановка «Ленинский ЗАГС» получит название «Вторая гимназия». Кроме того, «Автокомбинат» переименуют в «ТЦ „Континент“ на улице Троллейной».
Новые названия остановок начнут действовать с 1 ноября.
🛥🏙 49-этажную высотку и гостиницу в форме яхты планируют построить у Октябрьского моста в Новосибирске. Проект культурно-делового центра на улице Стартовой рассмотрел градсовет.
Под застройку выделен участок площадью 2 гектара. Сначала здесь хотят возвести гостиницу примерно на тысячу номеров с ресторанами, фудкортом, фитнес-зоной и площадкой для мероприятий. Позже появятся административные помещения, конгресс-холл и многоуровневая парковка.
Один из корпусов может достигать 49 этажей. Кроме того, застройщик обещает благоустроить более 350 метров набережной и территорию Горского котлована.
Однако архитекторы высказали замечания к проекту, в том числе по поводу транспортной доступности, парковок и влияния высотки на панораму Октябрьского моста.
Окончательное решение по концепции пока не принято, пишут «Новосибирские новости», её отправили на доработку. Реализация первой очереди запланирована не раньше 2030 года.
🚧🛣 Временную дорогу откроют на развязке у «кольца ада» в Новосибирске. Всё для повышения пропускной способности загруженного участка левобережной развязки Ново-Николаевского моста.
В группе «ВИС» рассказали, что площадь объездной дороги составляет 3600 м². Она обеспечит выезд с улицы Ватутина в сторону площади Труда и проезда Энергетиков и будет служить дублёром до завершения строительства тоннеля под путями Транссибирской магистрали.
Параллельно в районе улицы Ватутина продолжается укладка дорожного покрытия на шести съездах левобережной развязки нового моста.
Запустить движение по временной дороге планируют в ближайшие выходные, 31 октября — 1 ноября.
В субботу и воскресенье в недостроенном ТРЦ Подсолнух происходили возгорания. Меж тем подростки выкладывают видео с крыши горящего здания.
А ведь каждый раз на выезд выезжает пара пожарных расчетов. И помимо самого тушения пожара, спасателям приходится обходить здание, в поисках потенциальных пострадавших.
Напомним, что с июня прошлого года объект находится под круглосуточной!! охраной частного охранного предприятия по контракту, заключённому при участии администрации Ленинского района.
