How the quality index is calculated
‼️В Екатеринбурге суд вынес приговор в отношении Натальи Огоновской - фигурантки по делу бывшего руководителя Росимущества Свердловской области Сергея Зубенко. Она признана виновной в даче взятки в крупном размере и в особо крупном размере. Суд назначил ей наказание в виде 3 млн рублей штрафа.
По версии следствия, Огоновская передала Зубенко 600 тыс. руб. за снятие с учета федеральной собственности дома на улице Краснофлотцев, 44Б. Позже по такой же схеме с учета сняли дом по адресу ул. Сортировочная, 22. За это Огоновская передала чиновнику 2 млн руб.
Свою вину она полностью признала, уголовное дело рассматривалось в особом порядке с учетом заключения с Огоновской досудебного соглашения о сотрудничестве.

Сегодня арамильские депутаты собираются, чтобы отменить решение об избрании органов гордумы, которое они же приняли 12 октября (кстати, сильно не единогласно).
С протестом об отмене обратился прокурор, который указал на целый ряд существенных нарушений. Сегодня депутаты соберутся снова, чтобы переизбрать тех же спикера и вице-спикера. Надеемся, хотя бы со второго раза получится сделать все по закону.
Свердловский пенсионер пытался вывезти в Эмираты 17 тысяч долларов
Инспекторы таможенного поста Аэропорт Кольцово остановили в «зеленом» коридоре зоны таможенного контроля екатеринбургского пенсионера 73 лет с 17 тысячами долларов наличными и сожительницей. Пара летела на отдых в Дубай.
Екатеринбуржец не был знаком с таможенными правилами, в частности с тем, что суммы свыше 10 тысяч долларов США необходимо декларировать. В отношении мужчины возбудили административку по ст. 16.4 КоАП РФ (недекларирование наличных денежных средств). Однако свою вину признать отказался, оставшись при своем мнении.
10 тысяч долларов пенсионеру вернули, а 7k изъяли и поместили на хранение. Их дальнейшую судьбу решит суд.
