Такой вывод был сделан после сравнения региональных столиц России по зарплатам и городской инфраструктуре. Челябинск набрал 24 балла из 100 и занял 17-е место по стране. Город не уступил в УрФО только Салехарду и Ханты-Мансийску.
Медианная зарплата в городе составила 82 тысячи рублей (это 32-е место в России). После вычета аренды жилья и пересчёта остатка в прожиточные минимумы Челябинск поднимается на 19-е место с показателем 2,81. Но по обоим критериям он уступает всем в округе.
Зато по количеству мест для досуга и отдыха город оказался на 13-м месте в стране — всего таких объектов 6597.

Длительное время нас садоводов грабили в прямом смысле, денежные средства садоводов разворовывались. В 2020 году после проведения аудиторской проверки заведено два уголовных дела в ОВД Копейска, но до настоящего времени не могут установить виновное лицо. Члены правления, которые в тот период осуществляли руководство СНТ в 2025 году осуществили рейдерский захват СНТ, провели собрание и избрали себя вновь в руководство товарищества.
Год мы судились и оспаривали собрание, в итоге собрание признали незаконным. Однако до настоящего времени нам не удается отодвинуть от управления лже председателя. В суде установлен факт фальсификации бюллетеней и списков лиц, принявших участие в голосовании, однако судья целый год делала вид, что ничего не замечает. Нам отказывали в приобщении документов, перешивались тома дел. Прокуратура Копейска на все обращения пишет нарушений не установлено. Даёт отписки.
В настоящее время новое руководство принимает решения, которые идут в разрез законов РФ, торгует землями общего пользования, ввели платный проезд для грузового транспорта и в том числе машин, откачивающий канализацию. Постоянно идут добровольные поборы на ремонт дорог, на отсыпку дорог, на ремонт водопровода. Лже председатель, который себя избрал на должность бывший сотрудник полиции и этим все сказано. Справедливости добиться не можем длительное время. Писали обращения в СК, в администрацию города и губернатора области, но они из одного ведомства пересылаются в другое. В ГСУ Челябинска и вовсе нам сказали, что сами создаёте Товарищества, а потом бегаете помогите нас обокрали.

Ранее мужчине уже приговорили к штрафу в размере 500 тысяч рублей за незаконную продажу табачной продукции без обязательной маркировки в особо крупном размере.
По данным прокуратуры, мужчина закупал контрафакт по заниженным ценам, хранил их в гараже и продавал копейчанам. Часть товара он реализовал за наличные на сумму 217 485 рублей. Всего он планировал за них получить более миллиона рублей.
В собственность государства передали гараж осуждённого и более 217 тысяч рублей, полученных от незаконной продажи табачной продукции.
