Так, следствием установлено, что в 2023-2026 годы обвиняемые, 1985-2002 г.р, в том числе ранее привлекавшиеся к уголовной ответственности, действуя совместно и раздельно, совершили на территории Арского района серию тяжких преступлений. Так, в 2023 году, угрожая применением травматического оружия, они похитили местного жителя, избили его и, вывезя на автомобиле в безлюдное место, под надуманным предлогом требовали от него передачи 100 тыс. рублей. В последующем потерпевший вынужден был выполнить требования вымогателей.
Кроме того, осенью 2025 года фигуранты похитили двух 17-летних местных жителей, ошибочно приняв их за представителей противоборствующей группы молодежи, а также пытались похитить их знакомого, но тот оказал активное сопротивление и убежал. В последующем несовершеннолетних потерпевших вывезли в поле, где пытались получить от них интересовавшую обвиняемых информацию.
Судом по ходатайству следователя в отношении четырех обвиняемых избрана мера пресечения в виде заключения под стражу, в отношении остальных – домашнего ареста. Уголовное дело направлено в суд для рассмотрения по существу, сообщает Следком Татарстана
