Импорт электроники в Россию 2026: 6 главных изменений С 2026 года правила ввоза электроники из Китая в РФ серьёзно меняются. Вот что нужно знать каждому импортёру:
1️⃣ НДС: 20% → 22% С 1 января 2026 года (ФЗ № 425-ФЗ от 28.11.2025). Налог начисляется на сумму таможенной стоимости + пошлины. Электроника под льготную ставку 10% не попадает.
2️⃣ Нотификация ФСБ Практически вся техника с функциями шифрования (смартфоны, ноутбуки, роутеры, серверы, камеры) требует уведомления по решению Коллегии ЕЭК № 30. Без записи в реестре — груз не выпустят.
3️⃣ Маркировка «Честный знак» Регистрация в системе — с 1 марта 2026. Обязательное нанесение кодов — с 1 мая 2026 (ПП РФ № 1954 от 28.11.2025). Немаркированную электронику нельзя легально продавать.
4️⃣ Технологический сбор Вводится с 1 декабря 2026. Ставки: ноутбуки — 746 руб., смартфоны — 373 руб., радиотелефоны — 149 руб. за единицу. Платят импортёры/продавцы.
