Документ предлагает предоставить право на бесплатную юридическую помощь в виде устного и письменного консультирования, а также составления заявлений и жалоб лицам, в отношении которых применяется исполнительная или постпенальная пробация. Помощь будет касаться вопросов трудоустройства, защиты жилищных прав и пенсионного обеспечения . ⚖️ Законопроект расширяет перечень категорий граждан, имеющих право на бесплатную юридическую помощь. ⚖️ Экс-сотрудницу Росреестра на Камчатке осудили условно за ущерб в 642 млн рублей Елизовский районный суд Камчатского края приговорил бывшую начальницу отдела регионального управления Росреестра к пяти годам лишения свободы условно. 63-летняя женщина признана виновной в превышении должностных полномочий с причинением тяжких последствий. В октябре 2020 года она по просьбе коллеги незаконно зарегистрировала переход права собственности на 49 объектов недвижимости от одного предприятия к другому, не провела правовую экспертизу и не запросила недостающие документы. В результате акционерное общество лишилось имущества, ущерб превысил 642 млн рублей. Вину подсудимая не признала. Суд также лишил её права занимать должности на госслужбе на два года. ⚖️ Суд признал банкротом бывшего бенефициара страховой компании «Подмосковье»
Арбитражный суд Московской области по заявлению Агентства по страхованию вкладов признал банкротом Владимира Секрета — бывшего бенефициара подольской страховой компании «Подмосковье». Введена процедура реализации имущества. Требования страховой компании в размере 512,7 млн рублей включены в реестр кредиторов. Ранее суд взыскал эту сумму с Секрета и других контролировавших компанию лиц в порядке субсидиарной ответственности за вывод ликвидных активов. Лицензия у «Подмосковья» была отозвана в 2017 году .

По предварительным данным, во время ссоры мужчина выстрелил из служебного пистолета Иж-71 в женщину, затем в её дочь, прибежавшую на шум, после чего покончил с собой. Конфликт начался после того, как женщина назвала его предателем. В квартире находились ещё трое детей, они не пострадали и переданы органам опеки .
