📢 23 октября в г. Грозный прошло межрегиональное совещание руководителей службы скорой медицинской помощи и кардиологии из ЮФО и СКФО по программе "Организация работы скорой медицинской помощи. Проблемы и пути решения"
📨 На совещании Карачаево-Черкесскую Республику представлял главный внештатный специалист по скорой медицинской помощи КЧР и директор РГБУЗ «Республиканский центр медицины катастроф и скорой медицинской помощи» – Охтов Анзор Фуадович.
📑 В рамках программы были освещены такие темы как: 🔹 Основные количественные показатели оказания медицинской помощи при ОКС в ЮФО и СКФО; 🔹 Дальнейшие перспективы развития реперфузионной терапии на догоспитальном этапе; 🔹 Современная система скорой медицинской помощи в Чеченской Республике: состояние и перспективы; 🔹 Функционирование стационарного отделения скорой медицинской помощи на базе РКБ г. Нальчик. Оказание помощи пациентам в критическом состоянии, взаимодействие догоспитального и госпитального этапов; 🔹 ТЭЛА на догоспитальном этапе: диагностика, маршрутизация, оказание помощи; 🔹 Экспертиза качества медицинской помощи пациентам с острым инфарктом миокарда с подъемом сегмента ST на догоспитальном этапе; 🔹 Применение технологий для обеспечения бесперебойного доступа бригад скорой помощи к системам диспетчеризации и связи в условиях ограничений на мобильных сетях операторов; 🔹 Цифровизация: внедрение электронных журналов.
❗ Также поднималась тема создания кафедры скорой медицинской помощи и внедрения курса подготовки специалистов отрасли.
