За 2026 год общая сумма уплаченных штрафов за нарушения при осуществлении деятельности по возврату просроченной задолженности составила 2,3 миллиона рублей.
❗️Управление Федеральной службы судебных приставов по Ленинградской области осуществляет контрольные функции в отношении юридических лиц, осуществляющих деятельность по возврату просроченной задолженности на территории региона. В рамках защиты прав и законных интересов граждан в данной сфере деятельности рассмотрено 603 обращения граждан. Должностными лицами управления проведены профилактические мероприятия, в ходе которых юридическим лицам объявлено 515 предостережений.
За допущенные нарушения требований действующего законодательства составлено 70 протоколов об административных правонарушениях в отношении кредиторов, осуществляющих возврат просроченной задолженности, в том числе 62 протокола — по статье 14.57 КоАП РФ.
⚡️В число нарушителей попали 29 микрофинансовых организаций, 8 банков и 3 профессиональные коллекторские организации.
Сообщать о неправомерных действиях профессиональных взыскателей необходимо сотрудникам отделения контрольно-надзорной и разрешительной деятельности УФССП России по Ленинградской области. Обращение и имеющиеся материалы можно направить через Личный кабинет портала Госуслуг или посредством сервиса «Интернет - приёмная» на официальном сайте территориального органа.

С начала 2026 года в результате работы судебных приставов по обеспечению установленного порядка деятельности судов структурных подразделений УФССП России по Ленинградской области при осуществлении пропускного режима в зданиях судов выявлено 3 035 предметов, представляющих угрозу для безопасности окружающих и запрещенных к проносу в суды.
❗️В том числе: 256 единиц боеприпасов, 14 единиц газового и травматического оружия, 12 электрошоковых устройств. Благодаря грамотным действиям судебных приставов по ОУПДС при осуществлении пропускного режима, граждане с опасными предметами в здания судов не допускались.
Прежде чем перешагнуть порог суда, посетители на пункте контроля обязаны предъявить документы судебному приставу. Сотрудники следят за тем, чтобы в здание суда не было пронесено холодное и огнестрельное оружие, взрывчатые вещества и иные запрещённые к проносу предметы, обеспечивают охрану залов судебных заседаний, совещательных комнат и других судебных помещений.
👉Кроме того, судебные приставы по ОУПДС согласуют с сотрудниками судов планы действий в экстремальных ситуациях, задерживают и передают сотрудникам полиции граждан, объявленных в федеральный розыск, а также выявляют и пресекают административные правонарушения. При их содействии исполняются постановления об административном выдворении за пределы Российской Федерации иностранных граждан и лиц без гражданства.
В Тихвинском районе работодатель выплатил зарплату сотруднику только после мер принудительного исполнения.
📄Руководство производственного предприятия не выплачивало заработную плату своему работнику. В связи с чем гражданин обратился в суд, который постановил выплатить ему денежные средства в размере более 520 тысяч рублей. Исполнительный документ о взыскании задолженности по зарплате с организации поступил в структурное подразделение УФССП России по Ленинградской области.
Должностные лица территориального органа принудительного исполнения уведомили должника о возбуждении исполнительного производства, наложили арест на банковские счета предприятия и запретили совершать регистрационные действия с имуществом.
✅Меры сработали: задолженность по заработной плате погашена в полном объеме, денежные средства перечислены взыскателю. Исполнительное производство окончено в связи с фактическим исполнением решения суда.
Отметим, что за истекший период 2026 года в результате работы судебных приставов-исполнителей Ленинградской области всего взыскано 18,4 миллиона рублей задолженности по заработной плате.
Судебные приставы Ленинградской области совместно с коллегами из ГУ ФССП России по г. Санкт-Петербургу и сотрудниками транспортной полиции провели оперативно-профилактическое мероприятие «Должник».
✈️Участники акции дежурили в аэропорту Пулково в зоне вылета на внутренние рейсы. На наличие задолженностей были проверены 217 пассажиров. Гражданам разъясняли как с помощью ведомственного сервиса «Банк данных исполнительных производств» проверить и оплатить задолженность без посещения подразделения службы судебных приставов.
Цель совместного мероприятия – выявление должников, не исполняющих требования исполнительных документов, и информирование граждан о способах погашения долга.
🚙Одновременно в зоне парковки судебные приставы выявляли должников-автомобилистов. С помощью специального приложения на планшете сотрудники службы проверяли государственные номера припаркованных автомобилей: за несколько часов — более 90 единиц транспорта. Водители-должники воспользовались данной возможностью и погасили долги онлайн.
Каждый пользователь портала Госуслуг теперь может получить информацию как о собственной задолженности, так и о долгах других граждан и организаций в сервисе проверки долгов.
❗️Это позволяет своевременно погасить задолженность, снять статус должника и избежать мер принудительного исполнения. Вместе с тем можно оценить риски и подготовиться к крупным сделкам, проверив благонадежность контрагентов.
Управление Федеральной службы судебных приставов по Ленинградской области уделяет особое внимание преемственности поколений, сохранению традиций службы, поддержке и развитию интереса будущих юристов к сфере исполнительного производства в России. С этой целью регулярно проводятся мероприятия по профессиональной ориентации для старшеклассников образовательных учреждений региона.
💫Так, судебные приставы Гатчинского района встретились с учащимися 10 класса профиля «Юстиция» городской средней школы и побеседовали о задачах и функциях службы судебных приставов. Были затронуты вопросы принудительного исполнения, разъяснен порядок ведения исполнительного производства, дознания и розыска должников. Отдельное внимание уделили правовой культуре, ответственности и компетенциям, которые особенно ценят в профессии.
Будущие юристы отметили, что полученная информация оказалась очень полезной и расширила их представления о службе в органах принудительного исполнения. Такие встречи помогают оценить перспективы трудоустройства в ведомство и осознанно подойти к выбору профессии.
