🍈 «Маленькая, но удаленькая дыня!» — восхищаются гости, пробуя северный урожай. А один из любимых сортов арбуза здесь — «Огонёк». Рядом с овощами растут цветы, привлекающие пчёл-опылителей.
Для северян свой урожай — не только радость, но и экономия. Ведь главное в огороде — любовь к делу!

Когда региону понадобилось электричество для золотодобычи и целых посёлков, инженерам пришлось решать задачу со звёздочкой: как строить на вечной мерзлоте? Некоторые участки грунта нужно было оттаять, а затем снова заморозить, чтобы обеспечить устойчивость сооружений. Настоящий инженерный вызов! 🥶 Сегодня установленная мощность Колымской ГЭС составляет около 900 МВт. А в 2022 году заработала Усть-Среднеканская ГЭС — ещё один важный шаг в развитии энергетики региона. Вот так на суровом Севере научились превращать силу воды в свет и тепло для тысяч людей!

Зимой река промерзает до дна, подземные воды выходят на поверхность и замерзают слой за слоем. Так год за годом образуется гигантская ледяная масса. Её высота достигает двухэтажного дома, а площадь впечатляет даже бывалых путешественников!

У Тулы есть сладкий символ, который узнают с первого кусочка! Тульский пряник знаменит румяной корочкой, ароматом специй и начинкой из повидла. А ещё его украшали надписями и узорами — получался настоящий съедобный сувенир.

Готовим дома! Смешайте 100 г мёда, 100 г сахара, 100 г сливочного масла и 2 яйца. Добавьте 1 ч. л. соды, корицу и около 400 г муки. Замесите тесто, раскатайте, выложите повидло между двумя пластами, защипните края. Выпекайте при 180 °C около 20–25 минут. Для глазури смешайте сахарную пудру с небольшим количеством воды.
