Трудовой путь Лидии Степановны в дошкольном образовании начался в 1965 году. Она работала воспитателем в детском саду № 3 Старомайнского района, а затем была переведена в детский сад № 6. Там она трудилась до 1995 года, отдавая детям свои знания, душевное тепло и заботу. Работа воспитателя требует терпения, чуткости и особого таланта — умение понять ребёнка, поддержать его, помочь сделать первые шаги в познании мира. Лидия Степановна с честью справлялась с этой важной задачей. Многие поколения воспитанников помнят её доброту, внимание и заботливое отношение. Её труд стал значимым вкладом в развитие дошкольного образования района. За многолетнюю добросовестную работу Лидии Степановне присвоено почётное звание ветерана дошкольного образования, а также ее заслуги отмечены знаком «Отличник народного образования».
Особое место в жизни Лидии Степановны занимает семья. Она — любящая бабушка и прапрабабушка, окружённая теплом и вниманием родных.

Стартовал новый, четвёртый сезон Всероссийской муниципальной премии «Служение». Эта главная профессиональная награда для работников местного самоуправления, которые ежедневно и самоотверженно трудятся на благо нашей области и страны.
В прошлом году поступило почти 64 тысячи заявок, а участниками народного голосования стали 110 проектов, за которые россияне отдали больше 1,6 млн голосов. По Указу Президента РФ Владимира Путина премия теперь будет ежегодной, а это значит – ещё больше жителей смогут оценить проекты и проголосовать за решения, которые они считают важными для своих территорий.
Поддержка семей, цифровизация, работа с кадрами и бизнесом: в этом году «Служение» включает в себя 9 номинаций. Сёла, районы и города смогут обменяться опытом, лучшими практиками, увидеть и услышать друг друга. Победителей наградят следующей весной на Всероссийском муниципальном форуме «Малая родина — сила России».
