В новостях пишут о рождении детей с ДНК от трёх человек. Давайте разберёмся без сенсаций.
Технология называется МЗТ (митохондриальная заместительная терапия). Она нужна не для лечения бесплодия, а для предотвращения тяжёлых наследственных болезней, связанных с мутациями в митохондриях.
Как это работает: ядро яйцеклетки матери переносят в донорскую цитоплазму. Ребёнок получает 99,8% ДНК от родителей и 0,2% от донора.
Но есть нюансы: 1. Это экспериментальная процедура. В Великобритании она разрешена, в США — запрещена. В России — юридически не урегулирована. 2. Учёные фиксируют «возврат» мутантных митохондрий. Долгосрочные последствия для будущих поколений неизвестны. 3. Остаются этические вопросы: кто считается третьим родителем, должна ли донор быть анонимной.
Моя позиция: я — за науку и прогресс. Но безопасность пациентов и будущих детей должна быть превыше всего. Экспериментальные методы не должны становиться рутиной, пока не доказана их безопасность.
