How the quality index is calculated
В этом году в рамках национального проекта «Инфраструктура для жизни» благоустраиваются 70 территорий во всех 27 муниципальных образованиях региона.
О том, как преображаются конкретные пространства, рассказываем в нашей рубрике. Сегодня – Гагаринский муниципальный округ, где обновлено 3 территории: 1 дворовая и 2 общественные.
В городе Гагарине на улицах Петра Алексеева и Гагарина благоустроен двор, объединяющий дома № 1, 3, 5 и 33/1. Здесь заасфальтирован проезд, установлены бордюры, обустроена пешеходная дорожка, установлены лавочки и урны, выполнен монтаж электроосвещения.
Общественная территория южнее дома № 3 по улице Солнцева также преобразилась: уложено покрытие из асфальтобетонной смеси и тротуары из тротуарной плитки, высажены растения, установлены урны и лавки, выполнено электроосвещение. А на территории юго-восточнее дома № 62 по улице Гагарина появилась новая пешеходная дорожка, установлены уличные светильники, проведено озеленение и установлены урны.
Все работы проводятся с учётом пожеланий жителей. Благодаря этому территории становятся удобнее, современнее и комфортнее для повседневной жизни.

В Смоленске завершена реконструкция дополнительного корпуса поликлиники № 6 на улице Коммунистической.
Строительство корпуса оставалось незавершённым более 10 лет, при этом сама поликлиника продолжала принимать пациентов в соседнем здании. В 2026 году реконструкция здания и благоустройство прилегающей территории были полностью завершены.
В здании обновлена инфраструктура и созданы условия для маломобильных групп населения: оборудованы пандус и два специальных входа, установлены лифты. В поликлинике установлено новое современное медицинское оборудование – компьютерный томограф, аппараты ультразвуковой диагностики и маммографии.
Ввод нового корпуса позволил объединить все медицинские услуги на одной площадке, что значительно повысило комфорт и доступность обслуживания для пациентов. Это ещё один шаг в системной работе по развитию здравоохранения и модернизации медицинских учреждений региона.
Проект комплексного развития несмежных территорий жилой застройки «Офицерская слобода» – победитель I Всероссийского конкурса лучших проектов КРТ
22 октября в Москве, на площадке Национального центра «Россия», в рамках деловой программы Отраслевого дня Минстроя России «Родина – это служение. Качественное жилье и транспортная инфраструктура» прошла церемония награждения победителей I Всероссийского конкурса лучших проектов КРТ.
Проект комплексного развития несмежных территорий жилой застройки «Офицерская слобода» в г. Смоленске занял первое место. На конкурс было подано более 400 заявок от 67 регионов России, а оценка проектов проводилась по 17 номинациям.
Напомним, «Офицерская слобода» – первый в Смоленской области проект комплексного развития территории федерального значения. Оператором выступает Фонд развития территорий.
В проект включены две территории площадью свыше 17 гектаров, на которых расположены 17 многоквартирных домов, признанных аварийными. На текущий момент все аварийные дома расселены.
Победа в конкурсе – это не только высокая оценка, но и дополнительный импульс для дальнейшей реализации проекта, который задаст новые стандарты комфортной городской среды в Смоленске.
🏗️ Аэропорт «Смоленск (Северный)»: заключены контракты на реконструкцию
Важный шаг в реализации стратегического проекта по реконструкции аэропорта «Смоленск (Северный)» – заключены контракты с подрядчиком. Работы ведутся по поручению Президента России Владимира Путина в рамках национального проекта «Эффективная транспортная система».
Заключены два государственных контракта на реконструкцию аэродрома общей стоимостью почти 10 млрд рублей. Подрядчиком выступает государственное предприятие «Трест Минскпромстрой» Республики Беларусь – компания определена по результатам ранее объявленных конкурентных процедур.
Запланирована реконструкция взлётно-посадочной полосы размером 2500 на 42 метра, рулёжной дорожки, мест стоянки воздушных судов и других объектов аэродромной инфраструктуры, а также строительство нового аэровокзального комплекса и инженерных сетей.
Техническое оснащение аэродрома будет соответствовать актуальным стандартам безопасности.
Сердцем обновлённого аэропорта станет современный пассажирский терминал переменной этажности с продуманной архитектурой для высокого уровня комфорта. Помимо терминала, появятся модульный командно-диспетчерский пункт, комплекс для противообледенительной обработки судов и современные очистные сооружения.
Впереди – масштабные строительно-монтажные работы. Открытие обновлённого аэропорта намечено на 2029 год.

В городе Вязьме во дворе по улице Машинистов, 4 обновлено асфальтовое покрытие, обустроены тротуар и бортовые камни.
В сквере у привокзальной площади выполнены земельные работы, устроены водоотводные лотки, бетонные плитные тротуары и бортовые камни. Установлены урны и скамейки для отдыха, высажены кустарники и газон, смонтировано освещение. Здесь появились декоративные фигуры «Медведь», «Сердце», «Лиса и лисёнок».
В селе Вязьма-Брянская благоустроена территория у ДК «Сокол» на улице Авиационная – устроено новое покрытие из асфальта.
Все работы проводятся с учётом пожеланий жителей. Благодаря этому территории становятся удобнее, современнее и комфортнее для повседневной жизни.
