✨ Музейный телемост: Диалог поколений и регионов! ✨ Сегодня наша школа стала частью удивительного события – музейного телемоста, объединившего Тюменскую и Свердловскую области! 🤝 Под руководством нашей замечательной Татьяны Валерьевны Кононовой, руководителя школьного музея, обучающиеся с гордостью представили участникам из разных уголков нашей большой страны наш уникальный экспонат – старинную прялку. 🧶
Это был настоящий диалог не только между регионами, но и между поколениями. Мы с радостью поделились историей этого предмета, его значением и тем, как он связывает нас с прошлым.
Спасибо всем участникам за интерес и возможность прикоснуться к истории вместе!
В нашей школе прошел очень важный классный час для ребят из 5-6 классов. Мы говорили о том, как важно быть бдительными и не поддаваться на уловки тех, кто пытается вовлечь в опасные и противоправные действия. Особое внимание уделили теме противодействия терроризму. Мы объяснили, почему это так опасно и как важно знать, как себя вести в подобных ситуациях, чтобы обезопасить себя и своих близких. Мы верим, что такие беседы помогают нашим ученикам расти осознанными и ответственными гражданами! 💪
Дорогие ребята и уважаемые родители! Сегодня мы поговорим о том, какая ответственность может наступить для несовершеннолетних за совершение правонарушений и преступлений. Важно понимать, что возраст – это не всегда освобождение от последствий. Административная ответственность наступает за действия, которые нарушают общественный порядок, правила дорожного движения, правила торговли, санитарные нормы и т.д. В России административная ответственность наступает с 16 лет. Это значит, что с этого возраста подросток может быть привлечен к ответственности за свои проступки. Виды административных наказаний к несовершеннолетним: Предупреждение: Официальное заявление о недопустимости нарушения. Штраф: Денежное взыскание. Возмездное изъятие орудия совершения правонарушения Лишение специального права:Например, права управления транспортным средством (если оно было получено). Важно знать! К несовершеннолетним, не достигшим 16 лет, за совершение административных правонарушений могут быть применены меры воздействия, предусмотренные законодательством о защите прав детей, а также меры, предусмотренные для родителей или законных представителей. Уголовная ответственность наступает за совершение общественно опасных деяний, запрещенных Уголовным кодексом РФ под угрозой наказания. Общий возраст наступления уголовной ответственности в России – 16 лет, но есть исключения! За совершение особо тяжких преступлений (например, убийство, изнасилование, терроризм, угон транспортного средства и др.) уголовная ответственность может наступить уже с 14 лет. Виды наказаний к несовершеннолетним, совершившим преступления: Штраф: Денежное взыскание. Лишение права заниматься определенной деятельностью Обязательные работы: Выполнение бесплатных общественно полезных работ. Исправительные работы: Работа, при которой часть заработка удерживается в доход государства. Арест: Заключение под стражу на определенный срок (применяется редко к несовершеннолетним). Лишение свободы на определенный срок: Заключение в исправительной колонии. Особенности уголовной ответственности несовершеннолетних: Более мягкие виды наказаний: Суды стараются применять к несовершеннолетним более мягкие меры, чем к взрослым. При назначении наказания учитываются возраст, условия жизни, семейное положение, степень вины и другие обстоятельства. В некоторых случаях, при определенных условиях, несовершеннолетний может быть освобожден от уголовной ответственности с применением принудительных мер воспитательного воздействия. Это меры, которые могут быть применены к несовершеннолетним, совершившим преступления небольшой или средней тяжести, вместо уголовного наказания. Они направлены на исправление подростка и его социализацию. К ним относятся: Предупреждение. Передача под надзор родителей или законных представителей. Возложение обязанности возместить причиненный вред или устранить повреждение, вызван Ограничение досуга и установление дополнительных обязанностей: Например, запрет посещать определенные места, ограничение времени пребывания вне дома, обязанность помогать по дому. Направление в специальное учебно-воспитательное учреждение закрытого типа: Применяется в исключительных случаях, когда другие меры оказались неэффективными. Незнание закона не освобождает от ответственности. Даже если вы не знали, что ваше действие является правонарушением или преступлением, это не избавит вас от последствий. Последствия могут быть серьезными. Административная и уголовная ответственность могут повлиять на ваше будущее: затруднить поступление в учебные заведения, получение работы, а также нанести ущерб вашей репутации. Если вы оказались в сложной ситуации, совершили ошибку или стали свидетелем противоправных действий, не бойтесь обратиться за помощью к родителям, учителям, школьному психологу, инспектору по делам несовершеннолетних или другим доверенным взрослым. Будьте ответственны! Думайте о последствиях своих поступков. Уважайте закон и права других людей.
