🧺 «Пищевые отходы могут содержать в том числе продукты свиноводства. Не редки случаи обнаружения генетического материала вируса АЧС в колбасе или других продуктах, полученных от свиней».
Помимо содержания инфекционных агентов, при долгосрочном и неправильном хранении пищевых отходов происходит бактериальная обсеменённость, могут скапливаться токсины, в овощах и фруктах образуются микотоксины, накапливаются афлатоксины.
Не соблюдение владельцами существующих ветеринарных правил кормления пищевыми отходами, может привести к бактериальной обсемененности, гепатозу, пищевой интоксикации животных и других заболеваний.🦠
В соответствии с требованиями п. 5 Приказа МСХ РФ от 21.10.2020 № 621, в хозяйствах должно быть обеспечено без выгульное содержание свиней либо выгул свиней в закрытом помещении или под навесами, исключающий контакт свиней с другими животными, включая птицу.
Безвыгульное содержание позволяет предотвратить заражение особо опасными болезнями животных!
