How the quality index is calculated
Несмотря на то, что фонтан законсервирован на зиму, на нашей обновлённой площади есть что посмотреть. Жители гуляют, фотографируют, поднимаются на смотровую площадку, чтобы насладиться осенними видами. Продолжаются и работы по реконструкции. Отреставрирован фасад ДК «Тольятти», входная группа, смонтирована современная архитектурная подсветка. Привели в порядок монументальную композицию «Прометей» со стороны улицы Мира. Главной задачей было провести реставрацию так, чтобы не нарушить исторический облик здания. Теперь ДК выглядит достойно и гармонично дополняет нашу красивую площадь.
К завершению подходят и работы в сквере Мухина. Здесь установлены игровое оборудование и МАФы, уложено резиновое покрытие. Детвора и подростки получат ещё одну отличную современную площадку для игр и активного времяпровождения.
Как видите, дело идёт! Думаю, к следующему Дню города мы увидим уже полностью завершённое комплексное пространство для семейного отдыха и прогулок.

Остановочный павильон на Центральной площади будет установлен в ближайшее время
Друзья! В комментариях вы задавали вопрос, будет ли восстановлен остановочный павильон, демонтированный в ходе реконструкции Центральной площади.
Хочу сообщить всем, кого беспокоит эта проблема - павильон на остановке общественного транспорта появится в самое ближайшее время.
Новый павильон будет не типовым, более удобным и современным, и впишется в пространство, как часть благоустроенной Центральной площади. Он уже изготовлен, работы по установке планируется провести до конца месяца. Так что ожидать транспорта под дождём и снегом не придётся.
Хочу выразить своё мнение о ситуации с предполагаемой застройкой земельного участка в Портпоселке, которая сейчас вынесена на общественные обсуждения. Для тех, кто не в курсе подробностей, объясню суть.
Участок, о котором идёт речь, граничит с пятью жилыми домами: Комсомольское шоссе, №№ 9, 11, 13; ул. Специалистов, № 9; ул. Павлова, № 4 - и фактически используется жителями в качестве придомовой территории. Здесь расположены парковочные места, детская площадка, возведённая усилиями самих жителей, высаженный ими же фруктовый сад и единственный проездной путь, обеспечивающий доступ к МКД спецтранспорта: скорой помощи, пожарных машин и т. д. Юридически же эта земля является собственностью города, поскольку при строительстве МКД участки, необходимые для социальной инфраструктуры, учтены не были.
Сейчас стало известно, что в администрацию города поступило заявление от частного лица с просьбой предоставить этот земельный участок под малоэтажную жилую застройку. Что это означает для жителей, я думаю, объяснять не нужно. Фактически их вытеснят с этого пятачка земли и лишат даже имеющегося подобия дворовой территории.
Здесь надо отметить, что собственники окружающих участок МКД уже долгое время пытаются добиться от администрации хотя бы элементарного его благоустройства. В первую очередь - проложить нормальную дорогу, поскольку зимой и в распутицу по существующему проезду до домов не может добраться даже скорая помощь. Несмотря на очевидную необходимость, этот вопрос до сих пор не решён. Не говоря уже о детской площадке, сквере для отдыха и удобной парковке. Поэтому возмущение людей понятно и обоснованно.
Какие пути решения проблемы вижу я? Для начала необходимо получить наконец от администрации города актуальный градостроительный план и выяснить предназначение участка. Далее - внести в кадастр изменения и привести территории МКД в соответствие с существующими нормами и правилами. Следует обеспечить жителям комфортные и безопасные условия для проживания и отдыха, включая всё необходимое благоустройство. Пока эти вопросы не решены, о выделении какого-либо участка под дополнительную застройку речь идти не может.
Являясь депутатом городской думы, я долгое время представлял интересы Портпоселка. И эту проблему без внимания не оставлю. Вопрос должен быть решён в пользу жителей.
Приглашаю на выставку! На днях в Тольяттинском художественном музее открылась новая выставка «Мой город».
В экспозиции представлено более 80 работ: живопись, графика, скульптура и декоративно-прикладное искусство. В них отражены красота родного края, этапы строительства Тольятти, бытовые зарисовки из жизни горожан.
Выставка будет работать до 13 декабря. Приходите вместе с детьми, внуками. Это отличный повод провести время семьёй и по-новому взглянуть на историю места, в котором мы живём.
Сегодня принял участие в торжественном и одновременно скорбном мероприятии. В преддверии 76-ой годовщины Дня подразделений специального назначения на Аллее Славы были установлены три бюста Героев России, погибших при исполнении воинского долга: Льва Владимировича Цибизова, Антона Дмитриевича Тимченко и Ильсура Салаватовича Беляева.
Слушать о том, как ребята, уже будучи тяжело ранеными, сражались до последнего и жертвовали собой ради спасения товарищей, невероятно тяжело. Видеть рядом их близких, слышать слова родителей - боль, которую невозможно передать.
Сегодня рядом с нами были и военнослужащие, совсем недавно вернувшиеся из зоны действия СВО. Лично поблагодарить их, пожать руку - большая честь. Впереди у многих долгий путь восстановления, желаю сил и здоровья. Все эти ребята - и живые, и павшие - истинные герои, поставившие долг перед Родиной и защиту её мирных жителей превыше собственной жизни. И мы должны сделать всё, чтобы их подвиг не был забыт.
Мы гордимся нашими защитниками и глубоко скорбим о тех, кто не вернулся. Вечная память героям России. Низкий поклон им и их семьям. И конечно же, ждём живыми и невредимыми тех, кто сейчас проявляет отвагу и мужество, выполняя боевые задачи и приближая нашу Победу. Берегите себя, возвращайтесь домой!
