В центре внимания — защита прав жителей и адресная помощь по волнующим вопросам. В ходе мероприятий граждане не только смогли лично обратиться к заместителю краевого прокурора, но и получили необходимые правовые разъяснения.
На встрече с представителями бизнес-сообщества в ходе прямого диалога обсудили вопросы защиты прав субъектов предпринимательской деятельности.
Особое внимание в ходе выезда уделено правовому просвещению. На встрече с коллективом ООО НПО «Эталон» подробно разобрали вопросы соблюдения трудовых прав работников, социальной поддержки участников СВО и их близких, способы защиты от дистанционных мошенников.
📍Прокуратура Очерского района установила, что из-за нарушения сроков оплаты по исполненным контрактам у медицинской организации перед поставщиками образовалась задолженность на сумму более 3 млн рублей.
После прокурорского вмешательства права субъектов предпринимательской деятельности восстановлены, задолженность перед ними полностью погашена.
⚡Суд апелляционной инстанции подтвердил законность решения Добрянского районного суда, которым удовлетворены исковые требования прокурора края о взыскании солидарно с ответчиков ущерба в сумме 300 млн рублей, причиненного преступлением. Решение вступило в законную силу.
Установлено, что в 2013-2017 гг. группа лиц по предварительному сговору совершила хищение бюджетных средств при реализации контрактов на приобретение жилья для детей-сирот в Добрянском муниципальном округе. В результате противоправных действий бюджету причинен ущерб на общую сумму свыше 300 млн рублей.
В 2025 году виновные были осуждены, им назначено наказание в виде лишения свободы на срок от 3 до 5,9 лет с отбыванием в исправительной колонии общего режима, со штрафами, с запретом занимать определенные должности на срок от 2 до 2,6 лет.
🌳 Прокуратура Березовского района в судебном порядке добилась ликвидации несанкционированной свалки в границах биологического природного резервата «Березовский бор». Арендатор очистил участок и произвел вывоз отходов с особо охраняемой природной территории.
⚖️ В Перми вынесен приговор по уголовному делу о разбое
В апреле 2026 года молодые люди, находясь в компании потерпевшего и распивая с ним спиртные напитки, вступили в сговор с целью хищения денежных средств. Проследовав за мужчиной до подъезда жилого дома, они напали на него, применив насилие, опасное для жизни или здоровья, и, завладев наличными, скрылись с места преступления.
С учётом позиции государственного обвинителя суд назначил одному из виновных, который ранее уже был судим, наказание в виде 4 лет лишения свободы в исправительной колонии строгого режима, второму — 3 года 6 месяцев в исправительной колонии общего режима. Приговор в законную силу не вступил.

👥 В Пермской государственной краевой универсальной библиотеке им. А. М. Горького прошла встреча ко Дню пожилого человека с участием старшего прокурора отдела по надзору за соблюдением прав и свобод граждан прокуратуры Пермского края Екатерины Уютновой.
Главной темой стала профилактика дистанционного мошенничества, ведь пожилые люди особенно уязвимы перед киберпреступниками. Участники узнали о самых распространённых схемах обмана, о том, на что важно обращать внимание, и куда обращаться в случае необходимости, а также получили ответы на интересующие вопросы.
🏠 Житель Соликамска столкнулся с незаконным отказом муниципалитета в предоставлении жилья взамен непригодного для проживания.
После вмешательства надзорного ведомства права гражданина были восстановлены. На основании договора найма специализированного жилого помещения ему предоставили квартиру из маневренного фонда, в которой перед передачей провели необходимые ремонтные работы.
Прокуратура города Березники отреагировала на сообщения в СМИ об отсутствии транспортной доступности в посёлке Железнодорожный. В ходе проверки факты ненадлежащего содержания дороги подтвердились.
✅ После вмешательства прокуратуры нарушения устранены: дорога приведена в нормативное состояние, обеспечен проезд к жилому сектору, в том числе для специальной техники и экстренных служб.
В Осе вынесен приговор водителю, который в состоянии опьянения устроил смертельное ДТП
В июне 2026 года 63‑летний водитель на трассе "Болгары - Юго-Камский - Крылово" пошел на обгон в запрещённом месте — в результате двое человек погибли, один серьезно пострадал.
❗С учетом позиции государственного обвинения суд назначил виновному наказание - 11 лет лишения свободы в исправительной колонии общего режима и взыскал более 7 млн рублей в пользу потерпевших. Приговор не вступил в силу.
