How the quality index is calculated
Региональное отделение партии «Единая Россия» и Российский комитет национальных и неолимпийских видов спорта объединили усилия для развития физической культуры и спорта в регионе. Соответствующее соглашение подписали Сергей Мельников (руководитель исполкома) и Алексей Елисеев (председатель комитета).
В рамках сотрудничества планируется продвигать национальные и неолимпийские дисциплины, вовлекать жителей в оздоровительные мероприятия, проводить соревнования, улучшать спортивную инфраструктуру и оказывать поддержку специалистам. Особый упор будет сделан на привлечение молодежи и сохранение спортивных традиций, не входящих в олимпийскую программу.
В программу «Мой двор» дополнительно внесены еще 11 пензенских территорий
Всего в рамках текущего этапа обновят более 8 тыс. квадратных метров асфальта и около 2 тыс. квадратных метров тротуаров.
Полностью завершен ремонт двух дворов, которые в программу внесли дополнительно. Остальные планируют привести в порядок до середины ноября. Одновременно формируют список адресов на 2027 год – прием заявок начнется весной.
Напомним, что программа инициирована губернатором, секретарем регионального отделения «Единой России» Олегом Мельниченко в рамках Народной программы партии.
Воспитанники Кузнецкого реабилитационного центра получили заряд позитива и укрепили свою уверенность благодаря поддержке партии «Единая Россия». Центр также получил необходимую помощь от «Рабочей группы» из села Средняя Елюзань.
В рамках партийного проекта «Единая страна – доступная среда» активисты организовали в Кузнецком филиале социально-реабилитационного центра для детей и молодых инвалидов мероприятие, призванное подарить детям яркие эмоции, помочь им раскрыться и почувствовать свою ценность. Волонтеры провели развивающие интерактивные занятия, а центр пополнился настольными играми, книгами, канцтоварами, продуктами и одеждой на холодное время года.
🙏 Военные, которым положено списание кредитов, не должны сталкиваться с отказами из-за правовой неопределенности. Об этом заявил Герой России, депутат Госдумы Владимир Сайбель.
По закону бойцы СВО имеют право на списание задолженности в сумме до 10 миллионов рублей. При этом в законодательстве обнаружили пробел из-за которого у некоторых контрактников возникли риски отказа в списании долга.

Бековская участковая больница стала объектом проверки рабочей группы «Партийного десанта» Бековского местного отделения.
В учреждении был проведен капитальный ремонт. Пациенты и персонал теперь пользуются обновленной поликлиникой: заменена кровля, отремонтированы кабинеты, лестничные площадки и коридоры. Особое внимание уделили входной группе, которая стала более доступной и безопасной: появился пандус для маломобильных граждан, уложена противоскользящая плитка, а ступени оснащены перилами.
Результаты проверки свидетельствуют о высоком качестве выполненных работ.
Делегация Пензенской области, действуя по поручению губернатора Олега Мельниченко, выразила благодарность послу России в Таджикистане Семену Григорьеву за содействие в организации визита и поддержку совместных проектов. В состав делегации вошел, в частности, Сергей Мельников, зампред Заксобрания и глава фракции «Единая Россия».
Стороны подтвердили намерение развивать торгово-экономические, гуманитарные и культурные связи, а также продолжать патриотические инициативы, включая обмен гастролями и участие в фестивалях.
Ключевым пунктом программы стало посещение российской военной базы в Душанбе, где для военнослужащих, в том числе уроженцев Пензенской области, был организован концерт с участием ансамбля «Злато-Серебро». Делегация подчеркнула важность поддержки соотечественников, несущих службу за рубежом, и заверила их в том, что на родине о них помнят.
В Каменском районе прошло первое заседание депутатов Собрания представителей шестого созыва, избранных от «Единой России». С приветственным словом к народным избранникам обратилась секретарь местного отделения партии Ольга Логачева, пожелав им успешной работы на благо района.
На собрании было сформировано депутатское объединение, включающее всех представителей партии. Утверждено положение об объединении и намечены первоочередные задачи. Руководителем объединения стала Татьяна Плеханова (округ №9), а ее заместителем – Оксана Садовникова (округ №1). Также на заседании обсуждался вопрос о кандидатуре на пост Председателя Собрания представителей.
Партийцы «Единой России» из Первомайского района вместе с депутатом Пензенской городской Думы Евгением Кузьмичевым проинспектировали капитальный ремонт дома № 97а по улице Калинина.
В ходе выезда были проверены выполненные работы: обновлен фасад здания, отремонтирована отмостка, а также установлены новые окна в подъездах. Благодаря совместным усилиям Регионального фонда капитального ремонта МКД ПО и подрядной организации, жильцы дома теперь будут проживать в более теплых и комфортных условиях.
Качественная медицина и борьба с дефицитом врачей — главные приоритеты Народной программы «Единой России». Как отметил депутат Госдумы Дмитрий Каденков, для этого в стране модернизируют больницы и закупают современное оборудование.
Пензенская область активно участвует в этих процессах. В Земетчино уже почти готов новый лечебно-диагностический корпус — сейчас строители занимаются отделкой помещений. После ввода в эксплуатацию больница сможет принимать пациентов на новом уровне. Также преображается детская поликлиника в Кузнецке: здесь создают современную и уютную среду для маленьких пациентов. Ремонт планируют закончить до конца года.
