Предложение быстро заработать за передачу банковской карты может показаться безобидным, особенно подростку. Но использование карты в незаконных операциях может обернуться серьёзными последствиями не только для самого ребёнка, но и для его родителей или законных представителей.
Вместе с экспертами Киберполиции России подготовили информацию о том, какая ответственность предусмотрена за дропперство, с какого возраста она может наступить и какое наказание грозит за передачу карты или проведение незаконных операций по ней.
* Дроппер – это человек, чьи данные, банковская карта или счёт используются для транзита или обналичивания похищенных денег. Дропперы намеренно или невольно выступают звеном в мошеннической цепочке, помогая преступникам скрыть следы кражи.
