How the quality index is calculated
Федеральной службой безопасности Российской Федерации совместно с МВД и СК России продолжают фиксироваться факты использования спецслужбами Украины популярного в молодежной среде чат-бота мессенджера «Telegram» - «Дайвинчик/Lео - знакомства, общение и новые друзья» для вовлечения российских граждан в диверсионно-террористическую деятельность путем обмана и психологической обработки.
С июля 2025 года по настоящее время в различных регионах России задержаны 56 граждан нашей страны в возрасте от 12 до 24 лет, являвшихся пользователями telegram-сервиса «Дайвинчик» и совершивших преступления под психологическим воздействием противника.
Только в августе-сентябре 2026 года в г. Москве, г. Санкт-Петербурге и Ленинградской области, Нижегородской, Омской, Рязанской и Свердловской областях задержаны 8 несовершеннолетних (в возрасте от 14 до 17 лет) и 2 совершеннолетних гражданина России (19 и 24 года), планировавших или совершивших по заданиям украинских спецслужб поджоги автомобилей правоохранительных органов, автозаправочных станций, объектов энергетической и транспортной инфраструктуры, а также выполнявших функции курьеров по передаче полученных у обманутых граждан денежных средств в криптосбменные пункты.
Установлено, что сотрудники украинских спецслужб под видом молодых людей посредством telegram-сервиса знакомств «Дайвинчик» вступали в онлайн-контакт с российскими пользователями, которые в ходе общения для развития романтических отношений присылали свою геолокацию, оплачивали предварительные заказы в ресторане, переходили по направленным фишинговым ссылкам.
В дальнейшем через зарубежные мессенджеры с указанными лицами связывались представители спецслужб Украины, представлявшиеся сотрудниками ФСБ России или Росфинмониторинга. Лже-правоохранители сообщали, что направленные денежные средства поступили на счета вооруженных сил Украины, а переданные геолокации будут использованы для нанесения ракетных ударов или беспилотных атак. После этого, обманутых и запуганных граждан, неспособных в результате психологического давления критически оценить ситуацию, под угрозой привлечения к уголовной ответственности склоняли к совершению поджогов, якобы, в ходе проверки антитеррористической защищенности объектов посягательств и участия в иных псевдо-оперативных мероприятиях.
По фактам совершенных преступлений возбуждены уголовные дела по ч. 2 ст. 205 (террористический акт), ч. 3 ст. 30, ч. 1 ст. 205 (покушение на террористический акт) и ч. 2 ст. 167 (умышленное уничтожение или повреждение имущества) УК России. Лицам, достигшим возраста уголовной ответственности, предъявлены обвинения, избрана мера пресечения. С учетом тяжести совершенных преступлений им грозят длительные сроки лишения свободы. #АНТИТЕРРОР_СК
В Салавате задержали 12-летнюю девочку, которую подозревают в поджоге автозаправочной станции и служебного автомобиля полиции.
Предварительно установлено, что вечером 23 октября девочка из Ишимбая приехала в Салават. Она подожгла автозаправочную станцию, расположенную на улице Первомайской, а затем направилась к парковке служебного полицейского автомобиля и подожгла его. К счастью, никто не пострадал.
Во время допроса девочка рассказала, что действовала по указаниям неизвестных людей. По ее словам, злоумышленники оказывали на нее давление и угрожали привлечь к уголовной ответственности ее родителей, если она не будет выполнять их приказы. Перед этим школьница пыталась купить товар в интернете.
По данному факту следком возбудил уголовное дело. #АНТИТЕРРОР_СК
В Екатеринбурге 17-летнему местному жителю предъявили обвинение по статье "Диверсия".
Предварительно установлено, что вечером 24 октября обвиняемый по заданию т.н. "кураторов", с которыми вел переписку в интернете, совершил поджог топливораздаточной колонки на АЗС на улице Уральская.
Несовершеннолетнего задержали по приметам сотрудники правоохранительных органов.
Молодой человек рассказал, в частности, следующее: накануне он познакомился в соцсетях с девушкой, она предложила ему купить вейп и назначила встречу. Когда молодой человек приехал туда, она попросила сбросить ей геопозицию, после чего перестала отвечать, зато на парня вышли неизвестные заказчики поджога.
Его заставили приобрести горючую жидкость, проследовать к заправке и подпалить ее. Злоумышленники постоянно держали молодого человека на связи, даже заказали ему такси, чтобы добраться до места преступления и потом скрыться.
В ближайшее время следствие будет просить суд заключить подростка под стражу.

Тема ее работы — единство народов и культур. На холсте изображены девушки разных национальностей, каждая в своем традиционном образе. Но, несмотря на внешние различия, их объединяет нечто гораздо более важное — духовное единство, общая вера и любовь к миру. ✨ «Красота Божьего мира» глазами юного художника ✨ Шевченко Кирилл, ученик 6А класса МБОУ СОШ №№6 г. Ипатово, принимает участие во Всероссийском детском конкурсе рисунков «Красота Божьего мира»! Кирилл выбрал очень глубокий и атмосферный образ. На его работе под названием «Хранитель вечернего звона» запечатлен трогательный момент: когда солнце клонится к горизонту и мир замирает, звонарь выполняет свою особую миссию. В этом рисунке удивительно точно передана тишина уходящего дня и величие момента. Звук колокола на закате — это не просто работа, это разговор с небом, символ надежды и гармонии.
