Красноармейский район представляли воспитанницы спортивных школ «Олимпиец» и станицы Марьянской.
Анастасия Панина из «Олимпийца» завоевала «бронзу», её соратница Валерия Линькова заняла пятое место. Учитывая конкуренцию с сильнейшими спортсменами в своей категории, это достойный результат!
Воспитанница Марьянской спортшколы Диана Рысь заняла третье место, Рисолат Пагоссян в первом бою уступила одной из сильнейших спортсменок чемпионата.
Ещё одна «бронза» – на счету уроженки Ивановской, бывшей воспитанницы «Олимпийца», Арины Востриковой.
В итоге сборная Кубани заняла первое общекомандное место. В её активе три золотые, три серебряные и шесть бронзовых медалей.
Поздравляю наших юных спортсменок и их наставников Алексея Петровича Сахно, Николая Геннадьевича и Ивана Николаевича Лопатиных с достойными выступлениями. ⚠️ Почему это опасно? Топливо, реализуемое в ненадлежащих условиях, может не соответствовать установленным стандартам качества. Это грозит поломками двигателя, ускоренным износом узлов автомобиля. Хранение и продажа топлива без соблюдения требований пожарной безопасности создают угрозу для жизни и здоровья граждан.
📜 Правовые последствия Деятельность по реализации моторного топлива без соответствующих разрешений нарушает действующее законодательство. За подобные нарушения предусмотрена ответственность: по КоАП РФ: в частности, ст. 14.1 (осуществление предпринимательской деятельности без госрегистрации или без лицензии), ст. 14.4 (продажа товаров ненадлежащего качества), ст. 9.1 (нарушение требований промышленной безопасности); по Уголовному кодексу РФ, в том числе по ч. 2 ст. 238 УК РФ, которая устанавливает ответственность за перевозку, хранение или сбыт товаров и продукции, не отвечающих требованиям безопасности жизни или здоровья потребителей. Если в результате таких действий причинён вред либо создана реальная угроза вреда, нарушителям может грозить серьёзное наказание, вплоть до лишения свободы.
