В Министерстве обсудили вопросы налогообложения недвижимости
29 октября в Министерстве государственного имущества и земельных отношений РСО-Алания состоялось заседание рабочей группы, посвящённое исключению объектов недвижимости из перечня, по которому налог рассчитывается исходя из кадастровой стоимости.✅
Для собственников это имеет практическое значение, поскольку кадастровая стоимость влияет на размер налога. Участники рассмотрели вопросы, связанные с возможностью исключения объектов из перечня на законных основаниях.
▪️Такая работа помогает учитывать интересы владельцев недвижимости и обеспечивать обоснованный подход к каждому обращению.
📍Министр государственного имущества и земельных отношений РСО-Алания Руслан Тедеев встретился с жителями республики и дал разъяснения по вопросам, входящим в компетенцию ведомства, а также рассказал о порядке их решения.

📱 МАХ и Цифровой ID: цифровые возможности для повседневной жизни
Национальный мессенджер МАХ объединяет инструменты для общения и цифровые сервисы, которые помогают решать повседневные задачи.
Одна из таких возможностей — Цифровой ID. С его помощью можно подтвердить возраст, статус студента или многодетного родителя с помощью специального QR-кода. Для создания цифрового профиля используются данные с портала «Госуслуги».
🔹 QR-код регулярно обновляется и доступен только на устройстве, на котором создан Цифровой ID.
🔹 Использование цифрового формата добровольное: бумажные документы по-прежнему действуют.
🔹 Подключить Цифровой ID можно в приложении МАХ, следуя инструкции сервиса.

Сохранение родного языка, развитие письменности и передача литературного наследия будущим поколениям – наша общая ответственность
Эти темы обсудили сегодня на форуме «Язык. Традиции. Будущее», приуроченном к 190-летию осетинской гражданской кириллицы. Для меня очень важно, чтобы осетинский язык оставался живой частью нашей повседневной жизни. Это – наша история, культура и национальная идентичность.
Продолжили разговор на рабочей встрече с директором Института мировой литературы имени А. М. Горького РАН Вадимом Полонским. Обсудили реализацию проекта «Библиотека литературных шедевров народов России», реализуемого по поручению Президента России Владимира Владимировича Путина. Радует, что одним из первых в серии вышел том, посвящённый Коста Хетагурову – нашему великому поэту, чьё творчество отражает душу и самобытность народа.
Благодарю Вадима Владимировича за внимание к нашей республике и поддержку инициатив по сохранению и популяризации осетинской культуры.
Уверен, что, сохраняя родной язык и открывая литературное наследие новым поколениям, мы сохраняем самое ценное – духовную связь с нашими корнями.
✅Законопроект об упрощенном механизме оформления общего имущества СНТ
Правительство России поддержало законопроект Росреестра об упрощении оформления общего имущества СНТ.
📍Предлагается автоматически оформлять общую долевую собственность на инфраструктуру товариществ после кадастрового учёта. Также включение новых участков в границы СНТ будет возможно только с согласия собственников.
📝Изменения позволят сократить время и расходы садоводов и защитить права владельцев участков.
🇷🇺 Росреестр и «Роскадастр» поделились с коллегами из Южной Осетии опытом внедрения Национальной системы пространственных данных (НСПД).
На онлайн-встрече представили возможности платформы, которая объединяет пространственные данные и помогает решать задачи в сфере земельных отношений, строительства и развития территорий.
Российский опыт планируют использовать при модернизации системы учёта и регистрации недвижимости Южной Осетии. Завершить работы планируется до конца 2026 года.
